Tami Taylor at Plaza Appliance Mart really delivered. From the moment I walked through the door....she told me the reason I should do business with Plaza Appliance was because of their impeccable customer service and price match program. I decided to test her word. I went to every appliance place in town.....found my lowest prices.... and returned. She matched every price I found. I purchased just over $4,000 in appliances and Tami was super helpful the entire process. We touched base and made contact through email and phone several times. She even dug up PDF files of operational manuals and sent them to me. (HUGE TIMESAVER) We did have a slight snag toward the end of the process that neither of us expected. I worked closely with Tami to resolve this issue. She was able to talk to management for me and worked out a satisfactory solution. I must say that I am extremely happy with my purchase, the selection, the customer service, salesperson knowledge, and the fact that Tami went over and beyond the call of duty to make it a pleasant experience. In closing, I even received an unexpected hand written "Thank You" card. You probably wouldnt get that anywhere else. Go to Plaza Appliance when you are ready to purchase....you will be glad you did.

I originally went to Plaza Appliance upon the recommendation from a friend. I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge of the staff, the selection of products and the very competitive pricing - so much that I purchased 5 major appliances for my kitchen remodel that day! I have been equally impressed by their commitment to excellent customer service. Larger stores might have a little better pricing but in the end, if you dont have personal and responsive customer service, was the few dollars you saved really worth it? I have and will continue to recommend Plaza Appliance to all of my friends. I wholeheartedly recommend and endorse Plaza Appliance as a "5" star shopping experience!

Bill Pleasants assisted me with my need for new appliances locating some fabulous "Scratch n Dent" items that appear new and at a great price! Now, I LOVE MY KITCHEN! We communicated primarily by email which worked well for me, but when he had located what I needed it was a quick sell and delivery! The men who delivered and installed the appliances were there when they said and were very courteous and efficient. While I do have a minor problem with one appliance, I have no doubt it will be handled with the same effort already extended. Great job Plaza Appliance Mart - your reputation has been proven yet again! - - A Very Satisfied Customer!!

I walked into the store just expecting to browse since I had very little time... Rick Furr immediately answered all my questions...printed off the items with the best price from comparative shopping I had previously done...no hassle...no pressure....the next day I completed everything over the phone with the purchase of four stainless steel appliances. Very personable and professional staff...have already recommended several people to shop there....cant wait for my daughter to receive the appliances for her wedding gift...thanks Plaza!!

On recommendation from a friend, I called Plaza Appliance and asked for a specific type of fridge for our new home. Not only did we communicate via email which was convenient for me, but I got a great price with warranty and delivery on the day I requested. They delivered when they said they would and the delivery man was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Weve had our fridge for a month now with no problems or complaints and will be sure to recommend Plaza Appliance to anyone looking on a budget for good, reliable, and friendly service.

We did not have very happy experience. It was all good until we refused to to pay $700 extra for an appliance that all other stores were selling at a discount. The reason given to us that they could not sell in store appliances for less than that they bought them for. If thats the case, I rather go buy someplace else and get it delivered next day as opposed to waiting for them to order (to get the discount price) and then deliver in two weeks. I am surprised theyre still in business with such attitude.

I recently purchased a whole new kitchen set of appliances, GE double oven, Jennair gas cooktop, GE double door/bottom drawer fridge/freezer, GE wine fridge, Sharpe microwave drawer and previously had purchased a Fisher Paykal double drawer dishwasher (absolutely the best ever) all in stainless. Every item is exactly what I wanted. Bill was the best to work with, great pricing and service impeccable. Wouldnt shop anywhere else!
