The manger Jerry did a great job of listening to us and helping us find a great refrigerator. He wasnt a typical salesman, he listened carefully. When he realized that we were first time buyers on a tight budget he showed us his GE surplus models for a great deal. He took his time and gave us a great education on buying a refrigerator.

I had a samsung washer and tried to get it repaired. I called all around town to get a name of a company to do it. I called Plaza Appliance Mart. and they gave me Carolina Appliance Service. They did not ask if I bought it from them. I will go there first to by my appliances.VERY HELPFUL
