Last month I purchased a complete Kitchen package from Appliance Direct. Their sales manager, Guy, answered a few questions for us and gave us a very good price. However, one of the things we asked about right away was the fact that we had a built in range and stove top and we were concerned about putting a free standing one in its place. We were assured not once but at least twice that the delivery folks would handle removing the cabinetry and install it. We even asked if it wold be extra and were told no, it was very common. Just to be clear, the appliances themselves are outstanding. The price was again fantastic. BUT, the misinformation is a big problem. When the delivery folks got there they flatly refused to install the range. They did help us find an electrician who would come out the following week to put in the plug. Again, this was something we specifically asked about and were told that it would either be a 3 or 4 prong and the delivery folks would have no problem. They did have a problem and left it to me to remove the cabinetry and cut the counter top as well. When I called the store I spoke the the MGR, who stated it must be a misunderstanding. No, I do not feel it was a misunderstanding however, benefit of the doubt. I told him point blank right now I am an unhappy customer. Why? Because I had to pay an electrician I did not plan on, do without a stove or oven for a weekend and the worst part, I had to remove cabinetry and cut the counter top. I am not a carpenter by trade so counter top cut is a bit wobbly. I told him that to change me from an unhappy customer to a happy one was relatively simple. Get me the pieces that go between the stove and the counter top. Trim, I think they are called and either reimburse me for the electrician or get me the stove cleaning kit. He hemmed and hawed and stated he had to talk to the owner and it would be at least next Wednesday before he could get back to me. That was fine with me and now he is a full week overdue without so much as the courtesy of getting back to me. UNACCEPTABLE.... If the owner is reading this, you have some highly positioned folks who are not following through on their promises with regard to service. Your prices are great, the appliances are great, but the service is "wacky nu nu"

I purchased a washer and dryer set last weekend for a house I had just purchased. It took a couple of days for me to get around to hooking the machines up due to the chaos of moving. Once they were hooked up and plugged in, an error code immediately flashed on the washer, and it would not function. I called appliance direct, and they scheduled a technician to come out. Several days later the technician arrived, and informed me that the control panel on the machine is bad. Since I did not pay for a broken washing machine, I called appliance direct to inform them I wanted to return the product. They told me that they do not allow returns or refunds, unless they are contacted on the day of purchase. I tried contacting their customer service via email several days ago and have yet to get a response. I am never one to write reviews, but it just blows my mind that this company would sell a BROKEN machine and refuse to take it back. I guess I will just have to count it a lesson learned and thank God for warranties, although now I will have to come home from work early AGAIN to wait for a technician to fix the machine.

I got a GREAT deal on my Refrigerator....I also got it the same day. I live in Melbourne and I was grocery shopping the same day I was shopping for my new frigerator! AMAZING SAVINGS and DEALS! This is not a beautiful showroom....its messy and a little hot and crowded.....but who cares when youre saving so much! I also think the commercials are funny and entertaining.

If the appliance doesnt fit and you cant make it fit no matter what, you will still have to pay a restocking fee of 20%. They dont take returns like Walmart. They claim all appliances are ordered direct, which means they are charged a return fee from the factory. I suggest shopping elsewhere to be safe.

Your catchy advertising that says "FINAL NOTICE" stinks! We DO NOT owe you a dime. Love my new washer, dryer, dishwasher and Clermont store guys were great; however, I am deeply offended by your advertising campaign. Great idea.... NOT! Fire your advertising manager. I could do better.
