Ugh, I know a used car dealership is never to be trusted but the sails person at this one was super nice and accommodating. I thought this experience would be different. When I test drove the car, the AC wasnt working. I told the sales person, I would not under any circumstances buy the car if the AC was not fixed. I should have run when he told me that test drives could only be 10 minutes or less. I was desperate and sick of car shopping. I knew the car was over priced for the make/model and mileage, not to mention it had a few digs in the exterior, but I liked it overall so I bought it. 6 weeks in the, AC stopped worked and I went and had the car checked out due to still being under warranty. They found a few minor things wrong, but the warranty was garbage and would not cover the repairs. Also, Im not sure how i missed it in my test drive, but they also sold me this car with 3 bad tires that would not pass inspection. Im pretty certain they changed them out before i came to pick up the car. All in all, They should have priced this car at least $1000 less than they sound it to me for if not more. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Try Va cars on Midlothian instead....seriously.

I can only think of good things to mention about CARRVA, where I am always treated like family. Chris and his full compliment of helpful salespersons offer welcoming car-purchasing experiences without fail. I have gladly purchased a luxury SUV, large sedan, and even a coupe from CARRVA over the years. Each vehicle is given a uniquely- authored description that could only have been penned by the hand that had truly inspected the vehicle. Moreover, the actual condition of the vehicles often surpasses the posted descriptions! All essential paperwork, et cetera, was thoroughly explained while my time was equally taken into consideration. Additionally, I enjoy receiving the annual greeting cards featuring my wife and me standing next to a vehicle we purchased. I take pleasure in recommending CARRVA to anyone in search of their next auto purchase and look forward to accompanying my soon-to-be teenager in her first car-buying experience at CARRVA! Class act!

My wife and I have called since Saturday July 30 to ask and see a vehicle. They never answered the phone. I drove out there from an hour and a half away in hopes the were busy when we called. Monday August 1 2016 I arrived at 940, they dont open until 10am. So we waited. We sat at the Animal Hospitals parking lot across the street waiting. We called after 10 with no answer we sat there until 1025am and called again. The gate was still closed and no one was walking around or pulled in to open the business. We were very upset, one because of the long drive, two the fact we had cash in hand to pay for a truck we wanted in full and this business obviously doesnt have the mindset of running a business or making customers if they cant answer phones or have anyone show up to their place of employment on time. We left at 1037am as no one showed up. We will happy take our business and CASH elsewhere to a business that is willing to run a business.

Take any car you consider buying here to get a pre purchase inspection at a local mechanic or dealer. I recently looked at one of their BMWs which they claimed was good on maintenance and needed little to no work done which was proven false after having the dealer check it out. This place didnt even know the rear passenger window didnt work. This business is either incredibly incompetent with knowledge of their own vehicles or incredibly dishonest. I would not recommend buying any cars from here.

Still going back and forth about buying their 07 chevy aveo because i looked on kelly blue book and the max retail price that this vehicle with the color and mileagae should be sold for is $4100 tops but they have it for $5500 and with the minor stains on the inside and with the extra bread on top of financing im not too sure anymore but the guy raddick i think was his name was really nice.

Being in the military its very hard trying to find a good car dealership thats not trying to scam you or give you over the top prices but CARRVA has decent prices and decent cars . The salesman Clarence helped me out from the time I pulled up on the lot . He worked with me on everything I needed and got me the perfect car ! Thank You CARRVA
