BUYER BE WARNED, DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! This is a bad dealer, they lie (especially one of their sales guys named Zeeshawn)! Do not do business with this firm. It all started three weeks ago when I went to test drive a car for my brother who lives in Arizona. We had a mechanic look the car over and negotiated with Auto Trademark to have the work completed before we purchased the vehicle. We agreed on a deposit indicating our intent to purchase the vehicle assuming they got the work done on the vehicle. I went back a week later to get the car, sign the paperwork and close the deal. Unfortunately, not all the work had been completed properly and I told Zeeshawn that we could not accept it (turns out they swapped out shoddy parts from another car on their lot and used the wrong one!). Thats shady business right there if you ask me. Anyhow... I was willing to let them have another shot at fixing this, since I live 30 miles away, Zeeshawn said hed give me the car the next week with a full tank of gas for the trouble of having to make multiple trips. Fast forward one week, I show back up to get the car, I took it back to my mechanic to check to make sure all the work had been completed properly and it checked out (parents always taught me "trust but verify"). I should point out that the tank was only half full, I figured it wasnt a big deal if everything else had been completed. Anyhow, I went back to the dealer to finalize the payment and sign the paperwork. Apparently, they just switched to a new credit card system and were not able to figure out how to charge my brothers credit card. Well... the charge did go through, but for some reason they couldnt see it on there end. So here I was, Zeeshawn telling me that it didnt work and then he started saying that we would need to bring in a certified check (my brother had already offered to do that weeks ago, but Zeeshawn said a credit card payment would be fine). I called my brother and he let me know the bank confirmed the charge went through and even provided the 6 digit authorization. Still even that was not enough. I then pointed out that the gas tank was only half full, they were not going to let me leave with the car even though they had charged my brother the payment (all because of their crappy new payment system that no one in the store knew how to use). At this point, I was livid. Zeeshawn denied over and over again ever telling me that he agreed to fill the tank even though it was HIS FAULT I had to come back over and over again to get this done right. And while we have the car in the end, another salesperson had to step in and Zeeshawn retreated out of sight and did not even apologize for his rudeness and calling me a liar. It was hands down the most stressful and worst car buying experience I have ever had. To think, I was going to consider buying from these guys again. If you must use these guys, do not do business with Zeeshawn... he is a dirty salesperson. Jonie (I think that was the other sales reps name who helped out in the end) did her best to salvage the situation and for that I thank her, but buyer be warned... I will never shop here again nor recommend this place to any of my friends.

BEST Car Dealer in Town!!! There are over 300 cars you can choose from. I went to a few dealerships before i stumbled upon this one. I found a listing for a few cars they had that i was interested in. I called and amazingly a very sweet man name Zeeshan ( Zee for short) picked up and answered all my questions. I am one of those people that have a million questions so I was on the phone with him for 30 minutes, but he never tried to rush me off the phone. He answered everything, gave me his opinion at the same time respecting my opinion. I spoke to him on Sunday and went into the dealership on Monday. I hadnt decided what day i was going to come in to the dealership so I did not discuss a time and day with Mr Zeeshan. So when i got there on Monday i found out that his only day off is Mondays!!!! well, I call his cell phone number which he provided at the end of our conversation the day before just to let him know that i would have like to put a face to the voice, and surprisingly he came into the dealership 10 minutes later. So at this point i was like maybe he is being nice because he will make commission off of me, but guess what THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT PAID COMMISSION, which was confirmed by the manager. This really shows that he loves what he does for a living and really cares about customer service. I mean come on who comes into work for a customer on their day off when knowing they wont get paid for it. BEST SALES PERSON I EVER MET, really patient and very very knowledge with cars!!! Now enough about the best sales person... The dealership was nice and clean...orther staff members were nice as well. The cars looked brand NEW!! all of them were in excellent condition! they do financing as well, but thankfully I had been saving so i paid for my car all upfront by check. . I took it to a very reputable mechanic that was familiar with the style of car and it passed with flying colors I ended up buying my car from them!!! Thanks zeeshan and other staff of Auto Trademark!!! a job well done 5 STARS!!!

Bottom line: be wary of these guys. They are businessmen, but they arent honest. If you MUST buy from them, its imperative that you get a pre-purchase inspection from a qualified mechanic, and its also imperative that you understand what the car is worth as their prices are absolutely unreasonable and they are COUNTING on you not knowing that. My experience: Saw the car - its one thats not easy to find so I hung on through a lot of bs; salesman seemed wholly uninterested in selling the car, never wanted to take the time to finish a conversation with me, always cut me off and hurried to get off the phone - if I wasnt so interested in that car Id have scrapped it based on that alone (if the almost 5k price OVER Kelly Blue Book didnt chase me off first). Finally I see the car and it looks good...until I get it up on a rack. And then I see its a nightmare in the making. I tell them what I find and they say theyll fix the cheaper stuff and take $200 more off for the other needed repairs (they came down $1000 off the price online first). That would leave me with approx. 3k in urgently needed repairs. I left to give them time to fix some of the problems and found a mechanic 3 miles down the road from them (I live 200+ miles away from them). I ask them if they can drop the car off for me for a pre-purchase inspection and they say they dont have the personnel. Right. Now I see the same car online for almost 3k less. Oh yeah - and when we were discussing the problems with the car the dealer told me that someone else would buy it not knowing all the stuff I knew... so like I said - theyre counting on your lack of knowledge. Bottom line: be careful. Do your homework and get a PPI. No way around that, but really Id go somewhere else.
