I went looking for a nice reliable family car and found a little subaru here..Richard seemed nice and honest so i bought it...Well, i quickly discovered a major issue and reported it as the car came with a 3 month warranty.. And after wasting my time for 3 months until the warranty expired, avoiding doing the necessary repair work, the motor in the car is toast and its sitting in my driveway waiting to go to the scrap yard. $4500 down the drain...... I do take partial responsibility because all the signs were there if i had looked more closely, but dont let the nice front man fool you. These guys are used car sales men looking to make money. I highly recommend shopping somewhere else.

Lied about the condition of the vehicle I purchased. Asked directly if they knew what the issues was and was told nope no idea. Purchased the car thinking it was probably minor. Had the delivery service pick up the vehicle and the delivery driver was told it was a blown head gasket. Have it in writing from the delivery service. Also, wasnt told that the passager side door didnt close properly. The fix was to use foam tape to extinguish the door open light. Shady shady shady. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE WITHOUT BRINGING A MECHANIC. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR EBAY WEBSITE

Terrible experience. Completely dishonest about condition of vehicle. Had to put over a thousand dollars into it just to make it legal and safe only to have the engine blow 2 months after I bought it! Im a single Mom with 5 kids who depend on me and now we are stranded and out all our money and his only response was " sometimes xars in that price range dont last forever". Shameful!

I have worked for this company, I have seen the good and bad. They recently poured liquid head gasket repair into a 2005 Ford Escape to try and fix it. Not sure but Im guessing they would have sold it to someone had it worked. Buyer Beware of band-aid repairs here even though they are polite
