Crocks do not put your last Buck into this place.My Husband Was Pretty Much Sold A Dead Car Straight Robbery, We Havent Evening Had Our Car For A Year Its Only Been for In A Half Months Now. Our Car Is COMPLETELY DEAD DUE TO It NEEDING A NEW MOTOR IN TIMING BELT THE Dealership. Is refusing to do anything When We First drove the vehicle Off The Lot The engine light Kept Coming On Took It Back To The Dealership For Them To Look At It to check in see whats going on with the car 3days after financing with them they told us to contact the warranty in so we did in we was told that they did not accept it now keep in mind the warranty was only for 30days do not waste your time or money with this dealership we are taking legal actions very soon I work very hard for my money in if any car cloud employees reading this tell your boss to lawyer up in get ready because Ian contacting channel 7 news ...... Also might I add I had spoken to both managers in they both told me they would think about helping me out with the situation after the fact now Timothy the new manager told my husband that he would do a trade 4 2500 or replace the engine 4 3000 on top of the 2500 I had already paid for a broken car they had already sold me so Timothy said that he would like documents from my lawyer to speak on my husbands behalf and might I add we are not doing that he agreed two negotiating because he did not want to go to court but then he decide he does not want to do anything unless I throw in more money on top of the money I had I had already spent at this dealership I dont understand how is it that some people complain about issues getting resolved by so-called friendly managers but my issue have not gotten resolved only to get scam out of more money from these manager instead of fixing the issue to have a happy customer post a happy review. And might I add the person that did my sale was fired so of course you wouldnt have anything unless......... Plus he no longer works there so stop with the BS comment Im just going to suck it up pay the $61 this Friday to have them serve and to start the process to take them to Court I tried to settle it without us having to go to court like reasonable adults but I see they only want to scam me for more money that I dont have also it was also mention that I so call sign a paper stating that I could not take them to court I research all my paperwork from that date as they mentioned in the comment below they couldnt find anything on that sale but yet you found that paper as soon as I mentioned the word Court , now you have to ask yourself why would they evening have such of a paper if they are selling legitimate vehicles sounds more and more fish ear to me but we shall see had this play out in court Under New Management might I add. That it is very unprofessional how you can sit on facebook in Google to delete reviews about the service that I have receive from you guys I will continue to make it known that you are not legit you pick in chooses who to give good service to sad to say Im not happy a customer because I was rob for my last this is my way to in from work might I add my husband is very disabled they seen an advantage in took it.

Bought a Truck from Car Cloud gave pay stubs to prove employment Loan was approved !! One week later got phone call from car cloud said pay stubs no good!! Loan turned down he said !! Then preceded to say pay stubs were fraud!! Told dealer this are standard pa work stubs!! Anyway the dealer tried to steer me to another finance company which I had a long standing with!! The dealer sent me new papers for this loan but price was higher!! I called dealer the salesman put me on with the owner who said they would take off the extra charges!! They reshipped the finance papers figures were right!! I sent papers back I received a call from dealership saying some papers werent signed!! I told salesman thats impossible he said he would sign them!! I told him no!! I spoke to finance company the next day they said first papers needed to be signed at dealership they were surprised and said also salesman signing my name is illegal! I didnt know what papers the salesman signed ! Loan was cancelled! I called Dealership they said they would refund my deposit in full!! They came today I gave them vehicle they refused to give me my 2200.00 deposit!! I have spoke to the state attorneys office today and also the finance co !! This Dealership is shady and o by the way the vehicle was hit !!

When I bought my vehicle the battery was dead, thats fine, they replaced it with a brand new one. What wasnt fine is that within two weeks not only did I found out that it was the STARTER that was dead, but then the entire motor BLEW UP on 95. There was a recall on this particular car, ok thats fine, so I take it to Kia who said that they cant replace it for free because the original motor was replaced by a JUNKYARD motor. So, to summarize, I was sold a car with a dead starter AND a junkyard motor, and am hoping the overpriced warranty that I paid for will cover having to replace the bad motor. They push warranties because they know the cars that theyre selling are trash. Dont be like me. Dont buy from these people.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!! IT IS RUN BY AFGHANI CROOKS AND IF YOU DONT HAVE GOOD CREDIT FOR WHAT YOU WANT THEY WILL TRY TYPICAL RUN OF THE MILL SALES TACTICS TO GET YOU INTO A SUB-PAR VEHICLE THAT HAS MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WITH NO REAL WARRANTY. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM SCREWING YOU OVER FOR A BUCK. THE MANAGER WAS CLEARLY ON DRUGS ALSO

Didnt purchase a car, but had to stop in while traveling on vacation. Had car problems and Shelly at Car Cloud was so very kind...offered my daughter and I water, crackers and polite conversation to keep up our spirits. Shelly and the gentleman who worked there could not have been nicer. Wonderful people to deal with in my opinion.

Wonderful customer service !!! My wife and I had to buy a new SUV due to having another child so I was recommended here by an old friend. I got to say it had to be the easiest process Ive ever had to be in while buying a car. I got a great deal but on top of that the employees and managers made us feel like family. Thank you !

DO NOT buy a vehicle from these crooks! I bought my car a year ago and have had nothing but problems. Come to find out theres a recall on this vehicle. Took it to the Ford dealership and they could not fix it for free. So , Im driving down the road and my car cuts off in the middle of an intersection! JUST GREAT!
