DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE !!!!!!!! IT IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT YO HEAR TO GET YOUR MONEY !!! I HAVE A CAR THAT IS 4 DAYS OLD 4 DAYS AND THE HEAT IS COLD , THE BUMPER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED WAS ZIP TIED ,MY FRONT HEADLIGHT IS OUT,AND I HAD TO PUT AIR IN EVERY TIRE AFTER I LEFT !! BUT THEY SURE AS HELL CASHED THE 5,000 CHECK BEFORE I EVEN MADE IT HOME THAT DAY !! I HAVE E MAILED IMRAN BASED ON THE SITUATION, ASKING FOR A COPY OF THE INSPECTION , HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE IT FOR ME IN A FEW MINUTES !! 2 DAYS LATER STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM HIM. IM SERIOUS EVERYONE I HAVE CALLED THE DEALER LICENSING ON THIS PLACE BECAUSE NOT ONLY AM I TRANSPORTING 2 CHILDREN BUT I HAVE A 3 RD ON THE WAY . THEY ARE SHADY SHADY SHADY SHADY SHADY SHADY SHADY PEOPLE I CANNOT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH !!!!!!! I WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE WRITTEN THIS POST FOR ME !

If I could give a negative I would bought a vehicle and after two weeks started having problems in the front end. Was advised to take it to their martinsburg location Rio have mechanic fix. Scheduled an appt and the day I arrived the shop had closed early Ive been told two different reasons for that happening. I contacted the sales man and was told to take it to another mechanic to have it fixed. I had it fixed at $307 out of my pocket but that didnt even fix the problem so I called today to see about getting it fixed and getting reimbursed for the money I spent now all Im getting is the run around from them all promised and verbal agreements out the window they just wanted to sell a car. Im contacting the DMV, the BBB and possibly an attorney if this isnt corrected.

HONEST! Courteous, friendly, flexible and reasonable. Sultan was perfectly helpful and will do everything possible to ensure you have a pleasant and stress free car buying experience, which is rare and greatly appreciated in a used car buying experience. Within minutes of speaking with him about my budget, concerns goals he quickly put my mind at ease and I became certain I would leave the dealership with a vehicle and a price I would be happy with, and thats exactly what happened. I strongly recommend making sure United Car Deals and Sultan are a consideration and "must visit" when shopping for a used vehicle.

Stopped by the lot to look at cars, Imran met us after a few minutes of browsing. He had a car that was a good price we were interested in but it had just come to the lot and it we were there late in the day. He had it MD Inspected within a couple of hours and it was ready for a test drive the next morning. We didnt end up purchasing a vehicle from the lot but that was not due to anything relating to the lot or the car. Customer Service and Friendliness were very good compared to some of the other lots we had visited that day

Easy, quick, mutual understanding, satisfied. I usually dont enjoy dealing with car dealers, but in this case it was a pleasure dealing with Sultan. I got a great deal on a mini cooper. We both understood obvious repair Id need to do, but instead of bringing it up to par with the rest of their inventory, they intended to get it off the lot, and I wanted it in my driveway. The price (far below book) more than made room for intended repair. Cool car, great price, easy transaction. Handles like a dream. THANKS!

This company was great to me, despite what others think, and the reality of it is... I do not belong in a vehicle because of my credit issues, however they managed to put me in a Audi A4 and I love it. Dont listen to others, judge for yourself!!!! At the end of the day if you are true to who you are they will be true to you. Happy Car Hunting! Choose United Cars Deals, they are too cool. Last but not least the staff and mechanic are great and Blair is super cool and will help with all your needs!

Lied about the car. Didnt fix the car just threw parts at it and then said after thirty days it was not covered under the warranty. The car had brake problems within a week and they said they would fix it. Never did and then told me I had to. Then they called me looking for menu and didnt even ask if they car that I couldnt drive was fixed. I now have a car that I paid way to much for and have had nothing but problems since I bought it in April

When the car suffered a minor mechanical problem between the test drive and purchase, the staff took care of everything in clearing it up!
