I have attempted on several occasions to purchase a product from the cheese bar. But, there is never an employee available to assist me. I have been told repeatedly I must be assisted by a certain female person. I attempted to order by phone this morning, and after 18 minutes of transfers and waiting on hold I was disconnected. In order to post I had to select at least one star. Zero stars would better represent the service I received today.

Dont use the deli kiosk. Its either not working without notice, or the deli personnel just ignore it. My advice is to just get rid of the kiosk service all together. Management did take care of us on the back end, but it shouldnt have had to come to that. Its just not worth it. Other than that, its Kroger as usual! Fresh produce, fair pricing, and the store brands that we know and love!!

The attitude of the employees at this store is terrible. So terrible that even though this is the closest Kroger to my house I drive an extra 14 minutes on average to the Kroger on University Blvd in Suffolk because they are not rude, bad-mannered, and disrespectful to their customers like this one consistently is.

I love Kroger but at times I nerd to use the electric buggy. Today was one of those days. 9 out of 10 times the buggy is not charged and it dies before I can finish my shopping. The competition is across the street and the buggies are not as nice but at least they never die on me.

Easy navigation, the staff will interact with you. Helpful in the meat department and always have someone asking if we are finding what we need. Just a great and comfortable place to shop. I even purchase non food items from there because of the sales and digital coupons.

Love this Kroger. I could spend hours in there. I recently got married. Carrie in the floral department did all my flowers for the ceremony. They were beautiful and very affordable plus I got fuel points with the purchase which helped with gas for the honeymoon.

Was worried when they closed the Kroger on High Street but so happy we have this nice supermarket. It has clothing, homewares and a great selection of meat and produce. Even international foods! The staff is always helpful.

The beer on tap while shopping its a thumbs up for me. Well done, the seafood and meat was super fresh and great! Highly recommend, but dont come on Saturday from like 2 pm or maybe 3 pm. Thats my turn to shop. Lol

The prices and sales are comparable lower then at Farmfresh where I normally shop at. Also the pharmacy has coupons to lower your cost of medication then at the other pharmacy in the area
