I have had better service at Walmart. And I can count the amount of times on my hand when an associate spoke first to me in the last 7 years at Walmart. I walked in with over $500 spend and I needed a great phone that wouldnt break down. I am tired of getting phones I always have to replace. So no one greeted me. I walked up and they just stared at me. Because the mall just open I figured they didnt know, so I told them I needed a new phone. The cashier not only didnt seem enthusiastic, he was so bad, I almost walked out. When I kept asking features of the phone, he had no idea, nor did he ask his associate. I started flashing my money (discretely) in hopes he would start caring. No reaction. So I attempted to start conversations. Nothing. He got annoyed with me because I couldnt make up my mind from the lack of information. The manager even told me he sent an email to tell him shape up. No reaction. That was the last action the manager took. After that, I tried starting conversations. I swear, the guy (never smelled or looked high) but had have something with him because he just sat there quietly and barely spoke a word to me. He had no trouble talking to the Samsung representative. Well when I go to leave, he immediately wakes up and asks for 10 on the surveys and makes it like his life is on the line because of it. Because of you, Sprint would be lucky if I ever use them again. Dont expect me back in there. Dont ever expect me to walk in there ever. I have had better customer service when I was on a tour in middle school touring a county jail (drug prevention crap). Dont ever expect me to think that Sprint deserves a good review when the employees cant even smile. Oh and Paul to bugger off, he came to you all begging for a job, he isnt someone I find I should listen too. Best part, HTC Bolt is so slow, there are LG phones in Tmobile stores that run faster. It wont even start up without glitching. I am lucky it shuts down properly. The best part is that is that I never received the survey

I wish I could give a 0 but I was forced to give a 1star. This is to give a public review on the corporate store located inside MacArthur Center Mall. First I would like to say Sams Circle in Chesapeake should have remained the corporate store in this area and not Mac Arthur center the customer service will make people leave sprint. Mac Arthur center has HORRIBLE customer service and insulted my husband and I. My husband went into the store to pay on our account to terminate the lease on our account. No account information was be exchanged AT ALL. All he wanted to do was PAY. I called and spoke to the customer service agent who advised my husband should go in a corporate store to pay so that the money would be placed on the right area within the account. We did what we were instructed but Michael in this store refused to do so and his manager Shanaia was backed his lack of tact. He told my husband to call me because he was no longer an authorized user to make a payment. ?!?!?!!?!? WHAT??? So he calls me and then Michael changes his mind and refuses to speak to me. Shania (manager) then proceeds to tell my husband to leave the store before she calls security. Are you kidding me?That is insulting and embarrassing to say the least. We have been with you all since 2005 12 long years and we are treated like NOTHING!!! This is unacceptable and someone needs to know. The staff needs to go to training and after reading the reviews below others agree.

To all the customers MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT ON ITEM/s that you RETURN and KEEP THAT RECEIPT because you dont want to get charged for something u already return. Dont just count on what the customer rep said that its been returned in their computer system because it happened to me. I returned an item but the next bill i was surprised to see that Sprint still charged me for it and if i didnt notice the change in my bill they will keep billing me for that item thats already been back in the store. When i went to the store to complain about it the manager told me it was a glitch in the system. Ha!! A glitch it is if it only happen once but when it happened again on my next bill and still showing on my account as one of the devices i was sooo pissed.. some of these companies are just sneaky and a ripped off. All about the money. Even though u have been with sprint they dont care about ur loyalty as a customer. If u set up auto pay make sure that u still check how much ur paying bcoz i know some people just set an auto pay and not check the amount being taken out of their account..

I have a Galaxy for Life plan with a great warranty plan on my phone. This guy with pink hair looks at my phone for three seconds tells me its dead and that I lost everything on it and theres nothing I can do. I tell him about my warranty and my phone plan and he insists theres nothing I can do and tries to sell me a new phone... And if I wanted to get it fixed I have to set up an appointment at a tech store. After googling the issue I was able to reboot my phone by holding down three buttons, the fact that he didnt even attempt to reset my phone and immediately went to trying to sell me a $400 replacement really makes me angry. This is the store I already have a phone and multiple lines with, and this guy didnt care about any of that just trying to rip off a customer for some quick commission. NEVER GO TO THIS SPRINT STORE, THEY ARE COMPLETELY USELESS. Sprint is the worst.

Poor customer service. Make the sale then screw the customer. My wife and I were lied to by an employee regarding the return policy. We were told that the gifts we purchased would be returnable after the holiday season. When we came back on Dec 26th we were told the return policy was only 14 days. I called customer service and was put on hold multiple times and in the end they werent willing to accept the purchased gifts back totaling a value of roughly $200 to save a $3000/year client. I was disrespected by the manager as well as the employees when I attempted to voice my concern. I would strongly discourage you from entering any sort of contract with this organization.

I just got off the phone with so called manager by the name of Shamere. Rude as heck. I guess since she got a little authority she thinks she can talk to anyone any kind of way. I was asking her few questions and in the middle of it she says "was there anything else because Im busy?" Really? Am I not a customer too? Because Im on the phone asking questions she doesnt want to help me out!!! Ive been a customer with Sprint for over 10 years and this the treatment I get??? Just rude and not professional at all.

Pre-ordered my new iPhone from this store. They called me and told me they had it. I went to get it they didnt have it. According to sprint customer service they should have had a phone for me, and likely gave it to someone else. The manager was unhelpful and told me I would be called when the phone was ready. Still waiting for my new phone but not holding my breath on getting it any time soon.
