First, please whoever from the dealer do not post any comments trying to make it look like you cared for customers unless youd compensate my gas and my time wasted. You had so many chances to make it right but you blew them all. Requested price quote on the specific car that I wanted with specific color via truecar (2016 370Z Nismo Tech WHITE). They said they had the car so come down and lets talk. I explained that I was coming from central valley driving 4 hrs. Soon as I walked in, a dealer told me that they didnt have the car, conveniently telling me that they already sold it but they would find one. Been more than a week since I requested and no one ever tried to really look into their inventory and ever tried to call me. BTW I received appt confirmation calls so many times and still no one told me that they didnt have the car. But OK since they said they could find one, we moved on believing in theyd find one for sure. It was just starting. Truecar price?? Forget it, theyd start with $1499 dealer protection plan and additional $2000 adjustment fee since car is rare to find. Nice. If you have a trade-in, make sure you stop by at Carmax to get an estimate cash price because a dealer trade-in value was way below the carmax estimate I thought I was getting robbed and I was just stupid and naive enough to bring my car (Well cared 2007 G35 coupe, 87000 miles really $7000???) to the dealer. If you have the certificate they might honor the Carmax price since thats what they did. All those processing together, stayed there for 6 hrs talking back and forth with those hidden charges. Then finally they said they found one but its located in another dealer in half an hr distance. Waited another 30 minutes for the car but couldnt wait any longer because I was very hungry. I left home at 8am driving 4 hrs and stayed there for 6hrs so asked them to call me when the car was there. Then a dealer asked me to drive in my car to pick it up at another dealer. So I was once again stupid enough to believe them and drove to the another dealer. Soon as I parked, I noticed there was BLACK 370Z NISMO. I specified the COLOR; WHITE in truecar request. Even when they asked in the beginning what color i want, I told them 1st option; WHITE, 2nd option; WHITE, 3rd option; WHITE, 4th option; Maybe black but Id have to think about it. Until I got there to pick it up, NO ONE told me it was black. One more. This wasnt over yet LoL So I left upset and angry and forgot to pick up my car title for trade-in. Just trying to think it as a bad luck, I called them couple of times and asked them nicely to mail me the title. Nothing happened until today which has been 2 weeks. So I called them and waited for about another half an hour to speak to anyone who can answer the status of my title. And finally one of sales manager picked up the phone and told me they shredded my title for my privacy. I requested to mail it to me right day after I left and no one had a gut to tell me they shredded it. And told me theres nothing they could do for me anymore. Really?? Seriously?? I couldnt believe myself that this was happening to me. LoL

I will be writing updates on this lengthy review as Ive been trying to resolve several issues for a month now regarding the lack of information this particular Nissan location has on Leaf vehicles as well as the extreme conflict between the Sales and Service Departments. Service Department REALLY feels like they own the Leaf charging areas and constantly parks gas vehicles there. We have been told many times by sales that we can ask people to move, but we should NOT have to do this every time we need to charge our vehicles. Every Nissan weve been to elsewhere (Cerritos, Tustin & Costa Mesa) do not allow gas vehicles to be parked in the ELECTRIC charging areas. The Service Manager, Stephen Snider, gave us an attitude last weekend we were there because we were parked in the only area available to charge our car, THE SAME AREA WE SEE GAS VEHICLES THAT ARE BEING SERVICED, PARKED. My husband is truly very hard to upset and even though weve had these issues, the person who really got to him was Stephen Snider. He was bullying us trying to say the area was for parking service vehicles. How does that make any sense? They have 3 charging stations and he insists that is where the service vehicles should be charged and that leaf owners are demanding for them to move the service vehicles. If you can make sense of this, PLEASE inform us why! At this point, my husband said it seemed like he was giving us a hard time after we were told one of the reasons to buy/lease the vehicle was we COULD charge our car there anytime wed like. He then insisted he wasnt trying to give us a hard time. I have now filed a case with Nissan and am awaiting the next steps. We love our car and we even plan on possibly buying/leasing another leaf in a year or two, but would NEVER think about going to this location to lease or buy. We have had much better luck learning about our car and service at Tustin and Costa Mesa. Even Cerritos was nice to us, but Costa Mesa has been the most helpful over all. Costa Mesa actually helped us hook his iphone to the blue tooth as well as informed us we could have applied for HOV access stickers several weeks prior to receiving our license plate, which Buena Park Nissan NEVER told us.

Poor customer service for sure...DO NOT waste your time and money visiting this dealer for a car lease or purchase. Friend of mine leased a same car from other Nissan dealer with no hassle, but for me it was a nightmare. I visited this dealer as its close to my place. I explained them initially what my friend received the deal a month ago from other nissan dealer, but they still asked me to pay the tax, DMV registration fee and other surcharges which lessee is not supposed to pay or may be down payment includes those cost, I believe. My friend was not at home to send a leased copy to me when I started a conversation with a sales person called David. David and his manager Anthony are liers. My friend finally sent a leased copy of other dealer then they agreed to give me the same offer after 7 hrs and that saved me $1500. This is annoying place because with just a lease I saved $1500, not sure how much these guys loot if you purchase the vehicle from them. I forgot to mention earlier that even with a proof of other dealer leased copy, David a sales person was still asked me to pay the first payment in addition to my down payment, but when I checked with my friend again he confirmed he just paid the down and that includes first month payment as well. David the way he was negotiating that day smells a bit fishy to me, so I was trying to leave the place, but he sends 3 to 4 different people saying theyre his manager,GM,from finance and what not to negotiate with you. At the end I came out from this hell place with the same deal as my friend got it from the other dealer.
