I dont normally write reviews unless I am compelled by a genuinely good (or bad) experience and its important for the world to know that the team (Paul, Justin, and Christy) at NCA is top notch. If I had to describe Paul in three words, it would be: honest, transparent, and courteous. So, the context for my review is both for a purchase and sale. I purchased a car from Paul in 2009 and just recently sold another car through Paul. I was a little bit wary about my purchase because it was my first time buying a really high end car. But my experience with the car was fantastic. No problems, no issues, looked amazing, and the price was very reasonable (hey look, its a business...everyones gotta win). While I wont give away my negotiating secrets I can say that Paul was very open and transparent about the purchasing process. Hes not there to rip you off. He wants you to have a good experience with a fair sale because he knows that building a long term relationship is the key to his longevity. The sale was also very easy with Paul. I live in LA so all of the paperwork was handled via mail. He gave detailed instructions on what to sign/keep, handled all of the paperwork. It was a breeze. He was prompt with all of the communication, transparent with how the sale would break down cost wise, and just upfront about the entire process. And he got me a VERY good price for my car (better than what I could have done on my own). I am immensely grateful for that. Paul has an excellent platform for buying and selling vehicles so I will likely go to him for all of my future sales. Also, if you are in the market for high end cars that are in really good shape, hes definitely worth a look. I check his website out all the time (even when Im not in the market for a car) and I refer him to all of my friends. I think that 90% of the anxiety that people face during the car buying/selling process is attributed to a lack of trust between the buyer and seller. And that lack of trust is based on a mentality that the less you communicate between the parties, the better of an edge you can get in the deal making process. Paul is absolutely none of these things. He cares about his customers and invests the time and energy in making sure they are HAPPY. I think that in a typical dealership, the perception is that the house always wins but at NCA, Paul makes sure that EVERYBODY WINS. And thats built on honesty, transparency, and courtesy.

So I was in the market for a new Mercedes CLS or BMW M6. I found a custom Benz from Newport Coast Auto Sales, and it looked AMAZING. Love at first sight. What I really liked is the wealth of details listed on their website. The description listed the CarFax, 74 pictures, and every single option available on the car. If it wasnt listed, it didnt exist. My only problem is, Im from Texas. I never bought a car from another state, but I had to have this one. I immediately emailed Newport Coast Auto and Tim responded within a hour. I grilled Tim on everything possible: Cost, History, Condition, Shipping, Warranty, Features, etc. Over 100 emails were exchanged and he ALWAYS and I do mean ALWAYS responded on time and with honest answers. I know I was very picky and probably annoying, but he was patient and kind. Not only did he match the price, but he got me an INCREDIBLE financing option. He overnighted the papers - I signed and the car was shipped a couple of days later. Even when the car was shipped I hassled him everyday on where my car was (although he told me 3 days). Day four came and BOOM, my car is here in Austin. I am a stickler for detail and this car was in damn near perfect condition; even being three years old. A week after getting the car, Tim and Christy personally sent me the spare keys, owners manual, and copies of paperwork. Even living in Texas, from now on I will never buy a car from anyone else but Tim. I never had a better experience with anyone else. He has my trust and loyalty.

I just bought a Lotus Elise from Paul Passero the owner of Newport Coast Auto. I live 1200 miles away and bought the car unseen. Buying a specialty auto, without actually seeing it, can be a very intimidating process. Paul and his team made me feel comfortable with the process from the very first phone call. He answered all of my questions honestly and completely,helped provide a pre purchase inspection,and even helped to minimize some of the overhead expense with my trade in. When Paul wasnt available to answer my calls his team picked up the ball flawlessly so nothing was dropped. Perhaps as important as what happens before the sale is what happens after, and Newport Coast Autos post sale followup has been excellent. When the car arrived it was even better than I expected. It was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Newport Coast Auto without reservation.

Paul gave me a great impression with his big smile and friendly demeanor. I was immediately comfortable talking to him. He graciously allowed me to take a 15 min test drive with the car. I took the car for a drive and I fell in love with it. I decided to buy the car so I was led into Pauls office to start the process. Paul made this car buying experience extremely easy and smooth. Within the next day he helped me get a great rate on my car loan and he worked hard to get all the paperwork ready to go. He was extremely straightforward with me and didnt try to sell me other unnecessary products. Im loving my car right now and I love that it was maintained so well. The car looks absolutely new and I enjoy driving it. Paul is legit and I would definitely recommend Newport Coast Auto if youre looking for your new dream car.

I have never actually felt compelled to write an online review before, especially not after shopping for a car, but I will give it a shot here. (This is probably because I usually leave a dealership feeling like a schoolgirl who lost her virginity under duress under the bleachers of the Homecoming Game while being donkey punched repeatedly.) However, after buying a car at Newport Coast Auto, between the great financing rate I got and the deal Paul made me on an amazing GMC Denali, I just had to put fingers to keys and stroke away.(Sorry ladies, Im married, so no funny ideas...) Seriously, this was a great place to get a car and I will definitely be bringing my wife back next month to buy another....Thanks Paul, youre the man!

This review has been long overdue, but I just now finally got out of my car that I LOVE so much! Of course like other patrons, we were a little wary going into a used car shop but what the heck, we had nothing to lose. We arrived near closing time and were greeted just like the first customers at opening (No, we aren’t those people who walk into a restaurant five minutes before closing!). What Paul and his crew have going on, it just works. They seem to be genuine people, respectful, fair, accommodating, and just straight up nice non-pushy people. What more can you ask for! And…with all of this said, my car still works and I LOVE IT! 2006 BMW 535xi
