Holly and GC were both very friendly and helpful. I liked that Great South Harley had their inventory on the website with pricing. That way I could compare between models before stepping into the store to do my due diligence and not be put on the spot. Also ensured availability before arriving of what I wanted. Great South gave me what I was looking for on my trade in, and made it convenient by doing a pickup and delivery of the old and new bikes. They gave me a lower interest rate than USAA which was a plus. Overall I am pleased with the experience and would do business with them again. They also did not harass me about extra warranty plans, they asked the question, got the answer and moved on. Didnt get that overbearing car sales speeches which was refreshing.

They take the time to really find out what youre looking for and whats best for you. Needed a tire change and a service done on my bike. Was given a verbal quote over the phone. When the bike was complete they called me to come pick it up and the invoice was double what I was quoted. After numerous conversations with the manager of the service department he did not budge at all. Classic bait and switch. If you get something done from them dont make the same mistake I did and make sure you get it in writing.

Everyone is friendly and personable, but Ive never seen a dealership where they dont allow you to sit on the bikes. I understand they have them close together, but they even put the (dont sit on the bikes) signs on the bikes that are spaced out. In fact, theyre even on the trikes...kind of defeats the purpose to me. Also, the doc fee and freight fees are pretty steep; adds about 800 to the price.

The service department is drastically under experienced. The sales staff changes every month of two. Accessories salesman could have sold me another 2000$ in parts but I think I woke him up- and he ordered the wrong cables (which ended up damaging the paint on my tank) - which they ended up replacing but not refunding any of the cost. Giving the brand a bad name over all at this location.

I tried to buy from there and was very upfront with the sales person explaning my credit situation but instead of being honest in knowing i would be declined they ran my credit anyway , also they care only for the sale , the bikes are way over priced with doc fees and so called shop fees they add a 8000 dollars bike will cost you 11000 ,rip pff artist !

Had some trouble shifting my Heritage took it down to Great South HD they fixed the problem also noticed the belt was loose and fixed that all for under a hundred dollars. Did not have an appointment however they took me in the order I came in also met the owner very nice man. We just moved to the area This will be our Harley Davidson dealership

They were all amazing. Jason rocked it! He made the process so easy for me. He took charge of all of the hard stuff and all I had to do was come in and sign for it. I will definitely buy from there again! All of the staff made me at ease and made it fun and relaxing. They have a really great team!

Holly, Scott and the guys really know their stuff!!! Start to finish it was an enjoyable expierience. Todd is a stud in finance, cause he got me approved!!(he had his work cut out for him.) They got me on my vrod and gave me a great price on my trade. Thanks Great South!!!! A customer for life!

Just got my new ultra classic. This shop is by far one of the best shops in Georgia. No games and no obnoxious sales guys. GC is a top notch sales guy. Real straight shooter and their finance guy is good too. Also they had the best price in town, I shopped around. Thanks guys!

Selection of everything needs to be bigger. Mainly bikes in store. Hardley any clothes selection and very few sizes. Minimum selection of accessories for bikes.
