I saw the poor ratings that were most recent below and felt I must make a review myself since if I had read some of these things prior to going I may not have purchased my bike there. My husband and I arrived late on a Saturday, in fact they were already closed but we had no idea because there were still so many people there (staff, as well as other customers). Our salesman took his time with me in spite of this and reassured us several times to not worry about the hours after we discovered theyd been closed, I was willing to leave even though its 125miles north of our residence. I was wowed at the prices versus what prices at 3 other Harley stores were, I had thought that there was a very firm standard pricing on these bikes and there was no room for wiggling other than accessories/customizations. They gave our very young children popcorn and balloons, playing cards and a chip each... Something I very much did not expect. I think my children had a blast there even though it was something that took time with not much to do. I did not feel like I was being mislead by any of the information given in response to my questions, the salesman did not try to steer me to particular bikes only asked me what I liked, and had me sit on several bikes to find the right fit for me. I do have some background in sales so I am very aware of tactics commonly used in pressure sales... there were none, these bikes sell themselves. We ended up purchasing a service contract that covers all maintenance for 3 years, and in addition to that they pick up and deliver your bike at no extra charge. Who could ask for a better service? My bike is being delivered now as I write this review and I will attempt to update after I have a few maintenances performed to help reinforce the thoroughness of my review. Once you have purchased your bike they have you ring a bell and they sound an alarm... I am a person who does not like attention drawn to themselves individually (similar to loud birthday announcements in a restaurant) so this was not fun for me but I imagine for other people it would be something theyd enjoy. Also they sit down with you and review your owners manual and even put colored tabs to mark chapters for the most used/most important information so you can quickly access it. They review the pamphlets about the HOG membership and Harley community and give an accessories catalog in case youd like to add something later. I am not particularly into womens pride in regards to riding bikes but they seemed very in tune with it and referred much to female riders that they personally knew who had many impressive accomplishments, and even shared some interesting historical photos of female riders/chapters. Also while we were there, I saw a very young girl (maybe 15-17yo) checking out bikes, and even though she was probably far from actually purchasing a bike, they were taking their time with her and talking about the bikes and proper fit, as well as classes for her to take when she was ready to do so.

[Complete Liars!] Absolutely horrible customer service and straight up liars. Not only did they say I was approved through Harley Davidson Bank, but that was a complete lie from them. They have the absolute worst customer service, the sales rep and managers, were absolutely rude to my mom and I. Their general manager of sales said "I dont know why you ask for general managers thinking you can get something done, now you want to jaw off to me" I would think if someone is about to give $15,000 I would be allowed to talk to whoever I wanted and get details on my purchase. Next subject, they said I was approved through Harley Bank and I went a whole week thinking everything was going to be simple because, they only asked for PayStubs & Proof of Address and said that is all that I need to show and I would be good to go. The day I sent them everything they said Harley Bank never financed you, we have to go through another lender ACA and get you approved. Well I got approved and they asked for $3,100 down. We worked out a deal to get it to $1,500 down and the monthly payment to $350 I was fine with that. Then they said they would call me the next day. They called me (today) saying that they WOULD NOT give me the bike unless they added the extra warranty, gap & another fee and that my payment would now be $450. They take hours to call back, their sales manager Alissa was extremely rude, and to top it all off, the sales rep that processed my application, wasnt even in authority to have my personal information, so now my personal information is with these bozos that dont know the first clue about business. This has been going on for a full week, loop after loop after loop, this is the absolute worst customer service and experience I think I have ever had with any business in my entire life. Whatever you do, dont give them any personal information of your own. These idiots dont even know how to process it or run numbers to give you the correct amount on the bike. They dont care about you they only want a larger check from the bank and it shows 100% because, they were all combative and extremely rude, We could never finish our sentence and we were flat out lied to. One phone call to them and you will see the experience for yourself. You couldnt give me a motorcycle knowing it came from them.

this place was great. i traveled 12 hrs.. to get the bike of my dreams. not only did they hold the bike i wanted for three weeks until i could make it down from ohio, they held off several customers that were ready to buy the bike out from under me. i threw my trade bike into a pickup and made my way down. upon arrival i was greeted and was taken to the bike i wanted. only haven seen pictures and had verbal descriptions, i had an idea what to expect. so i was taken to the used sales manager (bob). who took me to the bike...the bike to my disappointment, was not in the condition i thought it was supposed to be in. they had not noticed the little stuff i had... now with the ball in their court, they had a couple choices. 1st, sell it to the guy who was literally standing several feet away waiting for me to not take the bike so he could buy it himself, 2nd tell me it is as is, and let it go at that. or 3rd (what happened) they took the bike to the service area, installed new parts on the places i had issues with and made the bike brand new, (its an 06") i couldnt believe the customer service. with two guys on the lot waiting for me two say no so they could buy it. earls smalls. stood up and made things so right. Bob, the used sales manager, and gregg my salesman. went above and beyond. they made my bike purchase a great one. so thanks to them. oh, and while i was up in the air on wanting to buy the bike, gregg never mentioned the other two guys that where there waiting for me to buy the bike or not. they were completely no pressure and went out of their way to make things right. i will be buying my next bike from them at earl smalls. and they are 12hrs. away. so a great thanks to the sales team at earl smalls Hd in marietta GA. i couldnt ask for a better bike buying experience. (at 31 this is my 5th bike buy).
