BEWARE—RIZZA PORSCHE IN ORLAND PARK, IL FAILED TO DELIVER AS PROMISED! An otherwise recommendable experience went bad when the Sales Manager of Rizza Porsche, Aaron Zielinski, and salesman, Paul Amato, did not complete their end of our contract and stopped all correspondence with us. We purchased a previously-owned Lexus from Rizza Porsche but it was lacking the spare key [electronic, keyless model] and both the Owner’s Manual and Navigation System Manual. The manuals are essential to figuring out the complicated Lexus systems, especially the navigation system. We were assured at the time of purchase that they would locate the items from the previous owner and mail them to us. We have evidence in the form of several emails from both Paul and Aaron that the former owner has the items and that they would forward them to us as soon as they received them. We never got them. We waited a polite amount of time—2-3 weeks—and emailed Aaron and Paul again regarding the status of the items. We would immediately receive an email in return stating that they would get right on it, that the former owner was out of town, busy, etc. It has been over two months now. When we last emailed Aaron and Paul, we received no response at all. We emailed both of them again and, again, no response—complete stonewall. Apparently, they have our money so Rizza Porsche no longer chooses to complete their contractual obligations. The items purchased new would be hundreds of dollars but worthy of only a Small Claims Court suit. Since we live out-of-state, it is our supposition that Rizza Porsche is betting that we will just go away so they are now choosing to ignore us. Caveat emptor. We do not recommend Rizza Porsche. The performance of Aaron Zielinski and Paul Amato is unacceptable, unethical and unprofessional. Again, avoid Rizza Porsche in Orland Park, Illinois, or at least be aware of the caliber of people that you will be dealing with, i.e., watch your back!

I have been a customer of JRP since 2010. I recently took my 2015 Macan Turbo in for exhaust noise and was told that this was a known problem with this model. I was very disappointed with the service when I picked my car up. The exhaust noise was gone, but the exhaust itself was not aligned properly (left side) and over several days of driving, had dropped lower to the ground. I took the car back a second time and was told that the exhaust was now fixed. When I picked the car up today, I noticed that the exhaust was still not properly aligned. I had to miss half a day of work to drive the car there the first time and was given a loaner, which was great. I had to drive 30 miles from my job the second time in order to get the problem resolved and was again provided with a loaner, which was great. The service adviser and Porsche technician were apologetic about not having fixed the exhaust correctly the first time and assured me that the problem was resolved this time, which to my dismay was not. Now, I have to take the car back a third time. This is not the service that I had grown accustomed to. When Bob Belcher was in charge of service, I had no doubt that my car would be serviced properly. Now that he is no longer in charge of service, it seems that the expectations of great service have left with him. This is why I am giving a less than stellar review of JRP service at this time. This is my second purchase from JRP and I always service my vehicles here. Now I am seriously thinking about having my car serviced at Napleton Porsche or Loeber Motors Porsche to see if they can properly align an exhaust that JRP cant seem to do. I expect my car to look like it did when I first purchased it and now that has been taken away from me.

I had my Porsche Panamera 4 in the shop for two separate occasion. First time for body work after being rear ended and the second time for a tire repair after a blow out on the interstate. I have to say, the level of costumer service for both occasion by specifically Bobby in the body shop was impeccable. There was never a message left without a call back or a status update missed. Bobby made a very aggravating time much more palatable do to his professionalism and sympathy. Overall the car was repaired to perfection. Thanks again Bobby to you and your team. Justin B

The staffs are very kind and helpful. They offered me a grate deal on the car that I wanted to purchase and offered me a good value for my trade-in; and I ended up purchasing the car from them as well. Excellent service, Paul and the staffs at Joe Rizza Porsche are very knowledgeable of the Porsche brand and they would try their best to get you the best service/experience possible. Overall, I had a great experience with them and I am very happy that I made a right decision and chose Joe Rizza Porsche.

EXCELLENT! I just bought a porsche from this dealership and it was the absolute best experience Ive had at any dealership. I drove all the way from KY. Danielle in internet sales was very helpful and very responsive. She replied within seconds and was helpful every step of the way. Larry in finance worked extremely hard and did what it took in order to get the sale. I felt no pressure at any time and I left feeling very satisfied. Definitely recommend this dealership.

from the time i walked into the showroom, it was a pleasant experience. I was greeted promptly, asked if i would like a drink and offered assistance in helping me. i did not feel pressured at all. Then when my husband and i came back, it was more like we were long time customers and friends than our first time to the dealership. everyone was willing to answer our questions and took as much time with us as needed. There was no rush to move us through the process.

purchased a porsche from them, and the buying experience was excellent. i would definitley purchase another porsche from them. the guy i dealt with, Chris Wydajewski was excellent to deal with, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. another Chris who handled my paperwork and the closing of the deal, was also excellent too deal with. no pressure, relaxed atmosphere, and just a flat out great experience.

I was delivered good Honest Service in a timely fashion, Bob showed me around being my first time there, they offered me a convenient desk area where I could continue my work while waiting. Wow! Blatantly attempted to take advantage of time because I am a woman. Some people just dont understand how to treat people with respect. It truly is unfortunate that there are people who still think these are acceptable practices. Good luck if you bring your business here. You WILL regret it.
