Take into consideration that these sales people need to understand the catalog front to back. They are here to provide customers will all necessary information regarding whats there and what isnt. To go into the car buying experience only to come out with something I did not agree on is one of the more frustrating and humiliating things one can experience. From a consumer perspective, you expect for a salesman to ensure that you have what you need and youre buying what you want. When you ask questions and get the answer you expect, then the overall process should go fairly smoothly. However, if you ask questions and just get yes or no responses and are only responses that you want to hear, then what good is something like that to confide in taking seriously. I went in with the intent of buying up a Mustang 2015 and the salesguy has completely screwed me on this purchase. I bought it on Friday and found out that it indeed did not have what he was claiming it did have. Speaker system and wheel types are all wrong on this car, and since its the weekend, i cant even talk to these people until Monday. I had left a message to one of the GMs there, but I will need to update whether or not they contact me. The fact that my questions about the options, the extras and everything else that I was looking for, were only answered to satisfy my overall giddiness of buying the car, only reinforce the fact that these guys really dont know what theyre doing. I expect to raise major hell tomorrow about this, because this is the most obvious form of bait and switch that Ive ever seen. Not only that, but they managed to scratch the car while washing it down........need I say more? Avoid at all costs.

Between my husband and I, this was our 7th car purchase from this dealership, so obviously there is customer satisfaction there. My purchase experiences with Jason Bono on cars #6 and 7 were good. He was very professional and helpful. This would have been a 5* review had it not been for the service department. I brought my brand new car to them to install remote start and mud flaps. When I got the car back (they had to keep it overnight?), it was not clean. I did not have the opportunity to speak with anyone. Meaning, no instructions on the use of the new gadget, no knowledge of how the installer programmed the starter. Doe sit auto-shut off at 10, 15, 20 min? etc....There are other options to program but must be done by the installer. Additionally, because the 3 day old car came back filthy, I have to wonder if the mud flaps were installed on top of dirt an salt from the streets, and will I eventually have some unwanted corrosion/rust under them? A porter drove the car up to he side of the building and walked away. Not a word exchanged, how did he know if I was even the owner of the car? Very unhappy with this experience in the service department. Parts and cashier departments are great to deal with. All in all, I like this dealership, but I will pass on their service department from now on. I will have the mud flaps removed and make sure its properly cleaned and re-install them. A waste of $60 in labor.

I was scammed and will NEVER buy a thing from them. I paid over $2000 for a extended warranty and told it was bumper to bumper. Well I was just told today its not a true bumper to bumper warranty. Now why was I not told that when the finance manager was dressing up the warranty. I was told I would not have to pay anything if I brought the vehicle back here. Well that was a lie. The integrity of this place gets a negative 5 stars from me. I will just have to drive the lemon they sold me with the fake fraudulent warranty knowing it was not what they said it was and hope it is not the death of me. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE. I work for FORD and they shame the integrity of the company. My new vehicle WILL NOT come from this place. I refinanced with my credit union so I dont have to ever deal with them again. I cant believe they are standing behind this fraud. My sale person is the only one that tried to help but the top crooks over ruled him. They are only interested in a sale not the quality or integrity of the sale and the developing lasting relationships. Oh well lesson learned. I will post in detail on my Facebook, Twitter and every social media page and magazine and magazines to warn other consumers not to trust this place. So they dont experience the same things.

My Experience at Al Piemonte Ford has always been a good one. First of all being a women some car service departments made me feel uncomfortable and at Al Piemonte I feel very comfortable in their atmosphere. The Service department, the express lanes and sales floor is diverse. There are women and people of different backgrounds working in every department. Their service department representatives are friendly, they listen to what you tell them, they keep you informed throughout the process and they worked with my extended warranty with no problem. They also have a café area that makes the best Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Their free wifi is a perk because I can get some work done while my car is getting checked out. They also have Enterprise pick up, drop off and a set car rental rate. So really when my car is in service I dont even have to bother with asking anybody to go pick me up or drop me off. It is really easy and convenient. I Do recommend. I have been there about 5 times in the past 3 years and it has always been a positive experience.

Very upsetting visit today.... needed to get a quick oil change and vehicle checkup at quicklane... drove from downtown Chicago.. called at 3:30 to confirm i would still get service/quick oil change if arriving at or before 430.. Matt said no problem and see you soon... arrived at 421 and spoke with Dinah. I cant believe i was turned away even though i called before hand and i was told to come on in .. got told by Dinah they only have one tech working and "enough business for the day" anyways.. and informed me of their business hours which state they dont close until 5PM... i have never felt so disrespected and my business so unwanted. I will make sure i no longer visit al piemonte or purchase another vehicle.. fleet vehicle and personal vehicle... neither will friends and family...this is not how you do business and you dont turn away paying,Faithful customers...

What I liked about my experience is that I was kept updated about the progress in finding the problem why my truck was not getting any heat threw the vents inside the truck. Julio show the experience he had in his field by telling me what is the problem and do I want it fix today.I already have taken my truck to Joe Rizza Ford and they told me some thing I needed and I had it done and I still had no heat. Then I was told by them my truck is old and I wouldnt want to spend alot of money on it anyway after I spend alot of money on the part that they replace and still had no heat. Julio and the mechanic found the problem in no time and now I have heat. I was also please with how the dealership looks, more modern and a place to eat while I waited for my truck. Thank You
