Dont purchase from these guys; I drove an hour and a half away to look at a car I had been wanting. The exterior was as described. The stereo didnt even turn on and the guy at the dealership got it working after playing with some wires for a while. I didnt care much about the stereo as I was going to replace it anyways... But the car was described as in "showroom" quality as a previous poster had stated he saw a car he was interested in too. I unfortunately didnt notice the missing air vent pieces that where missing from the engine bay.... This cost me an extra $70 right off the bat to get fixed as the car wasnt pulling the proper amount of cold air into the engine do the piece not being there. Ive had to repair many small pieces that had been hidden by the dealer such as a spring they used to pop the engine bay was the completely wrong size and after popin it to many times it stretched the spring causing me to have to disassemble the entire bumper to get the engine bay to open. This dealer brings back the stigma of a used car dealership and shady sales people/practices. Another huge issue I had is that I got a 3rd party warranty from them through ASC. I called them 7 days after buying the car saying I wanted this cancelled. The guy from Frankfort said; o, no problem I got it marked in my system as cancelled your all set. The funds are supposed to come directly off the loan I had... 30days later no change. I called back and he gave me some BS about how it must have been a glitch and he has it cancelled now.... 8 months later I finally got ASC to cancel the damn warranty after writing out a personal letter of request and getting a notary to validate my mileage. The most insane thing that Frankfort NEVER mentions about this warranty they sell is: I paid $1,850 for the service... ASC Told me that they have a maximum on this policy for $3,000. Thats INSANE! I would have never paid for a warranty that puts its maximum coverage at 1/3 of what I paid for the service. O and this isnt shown anywhere in the information guide that Frankfort presents!Dont give them your money like I unfortunately did. Be careful not to get screwed by these guys. Im still trying to get my prorated refund back for the warranty or applied to my loan. Ive at least got a confirmation letter from ASC that it is cancelled.... With a message to speak with Frankfort now......

This dealership & there staff is most unprofessional people I have ever deal with ... I purchased a GMC van from frank one of the sales person he was very helpful but after overnighting them a payment for the van & receiving the check , they called me & try to say they made a mistake & now they needed an extra $2000 for the same van that they sold me for $23000 , after talking to there so called manager Matt he try to say they made a mistake & I have to pay $2000 more I told him I have a contract with frank & it clearly said $23000 he later after trying several time of getting an extra $2000 from me & not getting it... Matt finally said no problem the $23000 is ok ! The dealership Frankfort Auto Haus cashed my check & 2 days later after my transportation company showed up to pick up the car , I receive a call from them that they had to give the van back to the customer since there loan did not approved .... IF THAT IS THE CASE WHY THEY ADVERTISED THE VAN THAT THEY DID NOT OWN & SOLD IT TO ME ???? I had a friend called a day later just to see if they were telling the truth if the car was really gone & the sales person said that they sold the van 2 days earlier for $25500 WOW !!! so not only I lost my deposit of $700 with the transportation company but the Frankfort auto Haus has my $23000 & me without the van ... BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! THEY LIE & SCAM PEOPLE .... I have contacted my lawyer & I will be contacting the District attorney office as well as DMV in IL since I am located in California I called several times to talk to the owner to see why they did what they did & lie when we had a contract & they received & cashed my payment in full ... No response or call back & twice they hung up the phone on me !!!!!

Bought a joke grand cherokee. Sales guy kept assuring me his daughter owned it before and was well taken care of. Well, rear wiper motor, both front window motors were out. Dash and cluster bulbs were out, they spray painted rust on both rocker panels which they forgot to take the green tape off afterwards, trans oil and gear boxes fluid/oil had never been touched, brakes were shot, had electrical problems (tpms sensors, drivers side fog light and rear window defogger). In addition, it needed new tires which I got and was told my front ball joints were never greased, therefore they went bad, rear springs, shocks, ball joint and upper/lower control arms were bad (which explains all the rattling in the rear). Liars and not honest at all... was able to take $400 off for bad brakes during negotiations but was added $500 for "finance application fees" wtf is that? Didnt know what that was until I researched it and its just their fee for "screwing you". Truck was also missing all keyless entry remotes, sales man said his daughter didnt have it but I didnt need it because I at least have one key. Well, I paid $250 for two keyless entry remotes programed by the dealer and Im still trying to get a 2nd copy of the key since it has a chip in it, $100 key! If his daughter took great care of this truck, Id hate to see the ones she doesnt take care of!

Vehicles listed online are NOT what they say. I drove about two hours to look at a secific truck I saw online. It said "showroom condition, sunroof, leather, power seats, (those are just the features listed falsely) 60k miles $13900" pictures showed a bed cover. I called and confirmed some of this on the phone before I got there. What I actually found when I got there: Filthy interior. Their detailer should be fired. The stereo buttons were so worn down they were mostly white. Definately NOT "showroom condition" None of the above mentioned features, bed cover has been removed, 80k miles, $14,900. (they also added graphix to the sides. May be a plus to some, but I wouldnt have even gone to look at it if they were in the picture) I spent 20 minutes in the lot, and no sales person ever came out. (not a huge deal, but im just saying) When I went inside to get information on truck, "sales" guy had little personality and never got up from his desk. If he had just attempted to try and "sell" me the truck, we might have been able to negotiate a.deal on that or another truck. I walked in there with $15,000 cash in my pocket. I was ready to buy. I dont knkw how they stay in businesswith work practices like this. Stay away from this place.
