I drove almost 4 hours from New York to view a Jeep that I was interested in. Over the phone, the managers and salesman sounded very helpful and friendly. They didnt allow me a test drive unless they spoke with my bank regarding the loan in which I was taking out - meanwhile this policy was no where to be found and I have never encountered such a "policy" before. Most places will let you test drive ANYTHING. The sales manager, Dave, didnt bother shaking hands with us when we walked in. After the test drive, no one came outside to ask us how it was or tell us any information of the car. I thought that I would get in touch with the owner and he was just as, if not more rude to us than the sales manager. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. They will not be getting my business.

TOTAL SCAMMER STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!! Went to look at a 2011 Harley 883 sportster that i was told how great it was by Dave Dixon - Manager,after driving for an hour and a half i get there and was greeted by Dave Dixon . He seemed very nice at first, and he proceeded to bring me into a back room where the bike was and shows me a bike that looked like it was 25 years old and stored outside.He then starts this piece of junk and its smoking,when i expressed my disliking to the bike ,Dave Dixon - Manager turned into the most obnoxious wise guy you ever met. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME THANKS FOR NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!

Dave was very friendly honest and knowledgeable.I bought Two cars from Dave! 1 for my Daughter and 1 for myself at 2 separate times.The first was a pleasure and my young lady was happy!!! I went back and bought myself a car also.Now looking to get another in the near future!!!Go there and get yourself a great car at a great price!!!! Decent and Fair straight talking no games.Feel good lives up to its name.
