Im not sure if everyone at this dealership is dishonest, or just the mechanics. First thing you should know is almost all of their cars are "flood title" cars. Meaning they went through a flood, were totaled by an insurance company, and were then reconstructed and sold. Hence the lower prices. (I think that may explain the Carfax issue mentioned below) Now, I purchased a Nissan 200sx from them last fall. They were selling it for one of their mechanics, and claimed it was in great condition. Literally every concern I asked about when purchasing the car, they lied to me: I asked about the brakes, "oh they are in great shape." Two months later, stuck caliper and all 4 pads need replaced. No big deal on break pads, and how could he have known about the caliper right? Wrong. I asked about the clutch. "Oh still got lots of life on it." A month later it starts to slip. I take it to the dealer and learn that it was completely worn out, and was DELIBERATELY over adjusted before I purchased it in hopes of getting a few more weeks of life out of it. No my flywheel is wrecked along with normal clutch and pressure plate. $800+ dollar repair. The stereo in the car was supposed to be "brand new, installed by a professional." I just popped the door cover off on a hunch, and the speakers are covered in mud. Completely water logged and trash. The head unit was wired in with ducktape. I asked about rust, "no rust on the body, see for yourself!" And to their credit, there was none on the outside. BUT the interior of the car/doors are a different story. The car is rusting FROM THE INSIDE OUT. The kicker was when I found out that they lied about how much water was in the car. I was told "oh about 6 inches above the floor." When I took the door off to look at the speaker, the water line on the inside was half way up the door. Like I said before. I dont know if everyone at this dealership is dishonest, or just their mechanics, but ultimately it doesnt matter. If a deal is too good to be true, it probably isnt. STAY AWAY!!

Everyone here is so welcoming and helpful and for a girl who hates dealing with car dealerships and the whole buying process , Mike the salesman has made the process so easy and painless that I was in and out the place driving a new car within an hour. They are upfront with the vehicles as far as titles and car history and there is absolutely no pressure to buy if you are not comfortable. They give you a 30 day warranty on the cars, and for me I noticed a few minor issues and called to bring it in, nearly 2 month after my purchase , they were more than happy to take it in and fix any issues I had! When I called in to ask Mike, the service repairman, to see when I can pick up the car, he told me he fixed all the issues I had, however it would take a day longer because he ordered a new filter for me in which he wanted to replace, something I didnt even ask for. Their customer service is superb - and it really shows in their effort to ensure the buyer is 100% happy with the purchase so they go above and beyond to tune up your car. If you hate going to used car dealerships like me because of the deceptions, the uncertainty and shady businesses, EAG has completely turned that around for me and ensures that I am in good hands. This place is awesome!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought an Audi A6 from them 12 months ago. The BIG troubles started within 3 months. I called to complain and they did not want to deal with it, basically it was "already 3 months," that the only thing they could do would possibly trade it in for the 2 cars they had on the lot worth 3,000 less than I paid for the Audi both with hail damage. This was unacceptable. So with its "salvaged title" no other dealer wanted to touch it as a trade. Within a year we replaced the timing belt, (an $1,900 job) water pump, coolant reservoir, valve cover gaskets, oil pan, exhaust pipe, brake light switch, oil pressure switch, new brakes/rotors and tires (which is acceptable) and now the transmission (which they assured me with its report that it was replaced the year before) It is now pouring transmission fluid. It has been a money bleeding nightmare. Rock told us this car was "solid" when purchased and gave us the assurance everything has been fixed and replaced by them and its a great deal. This is of this sham of a business. They cut their tie to us as soon as we drove off the lot.

Called in about a 80,000.00 car, and had the most unpleasant person answer. This so-called "salesman" responded to my questions like this: Me: I saw the ad in Autotrader, but Im on my cell right now, and had a few questions. Do you know which red this car is? I know there are two shades available? Sales-Jerk: "All that information was put in the ad." Me: (Shocked that anyone calling themselves a salesperson would respond in such a rude and unhelpful manner.) Uh, right, and Im sure it is, but as I stated, Im on the road right now, so I cant read it. Sales-Jerk: (Lets out a huge, and deliberately obvious sigh as if its unreasonable to actually after to get off your butt and look something up for someone whos interested in spending 80k with you.) I guess Ill look it up for you... The entire call progressed in such a manner, until I finally decided there was no way in hell I was going to give a single dollar to a company who treated potential customers so poorly. If the service is this horrible BEFORE the sale, imagine just how terrible it would be AFTER... Id stay far away from these people.

I got a 2007 Porsche Boxter S from EAG in 2014 and still have it today. IT was 5k less than the lowest price on the market at the time. Got my own mechanic to check it out during the warranty period and they said the car hadnt been through a flood. Its been running fine since. Yeah its a gamble but I get to drive a Porsche for about a 1/3 of the price of a brand new one-- it only had 16k miles.
