Absolutely the worst ace I have ever been to in y entire life. The staff is amazing BUT they dont make the final decisions. I had shopped around and thought they were an upstanding play and honest. NOT TRUE- Mr. Bob lied to me time and time again and thought nothing of raking me over the coals. I have the documents to prove the false statements they made. After I signed all the paperwork they changed things and I should have seen the issue then but I was in need of a vehicle ASAP. Never Never use these people
