We have used Casa Adobes Flowers Shop exclusively since before they moved into La Toscana Village from Casas Adobes. But apparently they are now under new management, a business called "Bloom Country". My son,who serves in the military far from me, ordered flowers for my birthday. He was timely and very excited about the flowers when I spoke to him on the evening of my birthday, he could hardly wait to see if I liked them. Flowers? What flowers? I had not received flowers. But wasnt there a note on the door, he asked? No. No note. Well so much for my "Birthday Surprise". By now it was after 5 and they were closed. He called in the morning only to speak to a rude and nasty woman who literally blamed HIM for the flowers not being delivered. No apology. I then received a call after I got out of the shower, from "Bloom Country", (likely the same woman), who offered no apology, only excuses and blame for "Not being home" and for "not returning a message on my landline". Well, why wasnt a note left at me door? "It just wasnt. I dont know". Upon the discovery that a message had been left on my phone, I checked my messages. Yes, one WAS left at 12:51 PM advising me to "Come and pick up my flowers". Wait? Did my son not pay to have my flowers delivered? Quite a lot, I am certain. No follow-up call. I was home at 2:00 but there was not another call and , again, no note left. Isnt that they way you would like to receive flowers? A day late with a message to "Come and get them", and then blame for not getting them on my birthday. Arent receiving flowers supposed to be a delightful surprise? Something that brightens your day? Needles to say, we will NEVER use Casas Adobes Flowers eve again. Or shall I say "Bloom Country"? Well, the flowers just arrived delivered by a very unfriendly man who never apologized for the late deliver. A number of the flowers are wilted and there is a long human hair dangling from them. Lovely. They are rather blah, nothing special as my son had hoped for in a cheap vase.

I do not use any other florist for my requirements in Tucson, I hae bought and sent flowers on many different occacions in the past 12 months and the service, has been faultless, the flowers have been well priced, and of exceptional quality. I continue to use the team at Casa Adobes because I knowI am getting a professional, friendly, caring and sound service from the management and staff that actually care. Jan 2013I researched many options for delivering flowers on Valentines Day from Australia, including florists from within Australia, I searched online and emailed a dozen Tuscon florists, the staff here were extremely helpful and courteous and knowledgeable of the flowers I was requesting and gave full advice on what would and wouldnt work. The price was by far the cheapest and yet the service was Gold Class. I received prompt replies to several emails and they were ALWAYS friendly polite respectful and made me feel as if I was in the store with them. the flowers i ordered were delightful, fresh vibrant and just perfect, and I couldnt haven been happier. I would and will definately use Mike, Renee, Sarah and the rest of the excellent team again, and thoroughly recomend them to anyone.Jan 2012

Initially we contacted them with specific time frames for a regularly scheduled series of deliveries. Five deliveries in a five month period but my delivery dates kept changing even so they adapted and made each one on time! I had very specific requirements for each delivery including floral arrangements and other items that had to be special ordered. Every item I wanted for gift baskets was located if not in stock.The management and staff worked with me on each and every desire, researching numerous gift options for me and helping me decide on the best one each time. Every delivery exceeded expectations..bigger and better than expected. Communicated by phone and email and every inquiry was answered promptly with the answers sought, or a promise to get them. Sarah, the store manager was delightful to work with on every detail and even made one of the deliveries herself to make sure it was done right and to meet the recipient. The quality of the floral arrangements was second to none.

Simply the best. Ive dealt with many flower shops during my many years in Tucson, but since beginning to use these fine folks over a year ago, Ive found a winner. My on-line orders are consistently delivered very quickly---often in just a few hours---the arrangements are great and the flowers are always fresh. I send my girl friend flowers at least twice a month and she is always delighted, plus she is the envy of her office co-workers. We couldnt be more pleased. Update: Since I wrote the review above, Ive continued to be a regular customer. For some reason the flowers in my last order didnt last as long as they normally do so I called the to let them know of my disappointment. Mike graciously authorized the delivery of a replacement arrangement to my SOs office, which was done today. Not only that, but they sent along some candy to her to make amends. Once again we are delighted with the flowers and service and my SO is still the envy of the office staff.

WOW! Call on this group - You will NOT be disappointed! They have fresh product, friendly, professional and knowledgeable help! I called on Dec 23rd asking for two arrangements to be delivered on the 24th - the busiest season of all and I could not have been connected with a more friendly person. I have ordered here once before and would not hesitate to call on them again. The fresh arrangements were delivered on time, with a smile and the recipients could not have raved about them more! Wonderful service, fresh arrangements and the attention to detail is always great. THANK YOU Casa Adobes, for your outstanding service in taking my call, updating the arrangements as we talked to be sure they were ‘just right’ - and then delivering with a smile from door to door. You’re great and I look forward to the next time I can order with you!

After reading all of the great reviews and having lived in Tucson for 10 years, I knew that this NW side flower shop was relatively close to my friend who lives in Marana area (zip code 85658). I ordered flowers online, website requested zip code, accepted and charged extra $5 delivery charge (total delivery charge $15). The following day I received an email saying they couldnt deliver to my friend and had tried contacting other flower shops to deliver to her but since it was over 60 miles away, they couldnt do it. I sent the mapquest map to them showing it was much closer than that (it is Marana not Phoenix!). They said it was still too far away. If they are unable to deliver, why does the website accept??? So do NOT rely on this flower shop to deliver anything within Marana zip code 85658 !!! VERY DISAPPOINTING

Used to live in Tucson, before moving to the White Mtns. Always ordered from Casas...even our wedding and our daughters weddings. Now, with my folks in Tucson, and us traveling back and forth, its nice to either do an internet order, or just stop at the shop and buy flowers for the occasion that we are visiting. We had only 1 problem with flowers not staying fresh...and the shop redelivered the day after they wilted...no questions asked! Plants ordered 2 years ago for a family death are still growing well and looking good too! Never have weve had any unfriendly people help us there either. Would go no where else and recommend Casas to everyone!
