Im not satisfied by the service at all , I live in Canada and for my brothers birthday I ordered a bouquet of roses with a cubic vase . after I paid I called them just to confirm that my brother will receive the same thing that I ordered I double check every detail and the staff confirmed all. but what they sent some thing else with 30% similarity. I will never use their service and I dont recommend to any of my friends as well. so disappointing

I placed an order on Valentines Day hoping my wife would get her flowers. The manager cared about helping me and even upgraded my flowers as I was placing my order. Unfortunately the order did not make it in time due to the time line that I had given them. I still recommend this flower shop due to the fact that they worked hard even when I was slightly unreasonable.

Ive never walked into this store. I place my orders from out of town, over the phone. They ask questions, theyre friendly, and dont charge an arm and a leg! They know exactly what I want and always deliver the freshest, most beautiful arrangements. Wont ever call anyone in Las Cruces!!
