So incredibly rude! We wanted to look at flowers for a wedding on Mothers day, a busy day yes but we had someone in town that day and it was the only day we could go look. We called ahead of time and spoke to Joan, who said that were busy but they would find someone to help us. We arrive 10 minutes later to a snarky young girl who looked like it wouldve killed her to smile. We asked for Joan and then she came out and said they were way too busy and "we shouldnt have come in". Didnt say it politely or anything. Well thats why we called!!! If you didnt want us to come in then dont tell us to. They lost over $1000 of business from us. I would never ever go there again!

I have actually used Inglis quite a few times to send arrangements to my Mother. I always call them and stress that they never used cheap utility glass, nor carnations. They assure me that they dont even have it. I recently visited Mom & wanted to make an arrangement for her myself, Im a florist. I asked where she kept her vases and they were ALL cheap, landfill crap. One was even plastic. I always spend at least $85 plus delivery. While I was there, one of her (very wealthy) friends sent flowers from Inglis. Cheap vase, all carns that didnt even color coordinate and showed zero creativity. Never again Inglis! Im looking for a real florist.

I went in to Inglis Florist in a panic because my wedding was in six days and the woman who was going to do my bouquet had just broken her wrist. I was helped by Elaine. She compassionately listened to my story and assured me she could help. She did more than help! Im getting exactly what I invisioned and left feeling calm and happy. Inglis does more than create beautiful flower arrangements, they employ truly beautiful people! Thank you Elaine. Youre an angel!

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and wasnt %100 satisfied. I called and let them know what the issue was, and the very polite and nice women working at the Northwest location took care of the issue and then some. Im %120 satisfied and thank them for taking great care of their customers!

Prom corsage didnt have wristband attached when we went to pick it up, luckily I noticed and had them fix it. The flowers made it no more than through the door at prom and fell apart! Not put together well at all for what they cost!

Being Valentines Day this florist along with every florist in town is crazy busy. They still took thier time and were patient with me on the phone. For a busy place they treated me like it wasnt busy at all. Very professional.
