I recently placed and order with your company and I was greatly disappointed with your service. On top of that the person we talked to at your store was very very rude and disrespectful to me and my wife. I feel greatly offended by him and find that it was very unprofessional. I honestly dont think as a business that you should employ any person of this quality. I would greatly find this offensive if I would have to work next to someone like this in my workplace which is the military. I find it very sad that on Valentines day, my wife who has supported me during multiple deployments gets called a liar and my daughter called a nuisance by the person who should be taking care of their customers. Also on top of that when I called to talk to a manger, the person who answers the phone continues to lie to me saying the owners will not be in. I for one am going to contact the BBB, and the Teleflora network to put in a complaint. I will continue to call to try to speak with a manager or owner until I can talk to someone who is not as morally or intellectual deficient as the person you have in charge of your phones.

We bought a floral arrangement for the 1-year anniversary of our daughters death. The roses were the wrong color and the presentation was wrong in 4 different ways. All they got right was the shape of the vase. They did not even refund the delivery fee, when my husband took them back to get an appropriate floral arrangement.

I have to agree with the other ratings. The man running the shop is incredibly rude and the shop is not well kept. Poor selection, terrible customer service, and plenty of other places who will take far better care of you.
