My experience at Flowerama in Las Cruces was awful...I paid $57.00 for a Birthday arrangement and a nice vase and the arrangement that was delivered was not what I ordered. Now my daughter didnt know that because I wasnt going to tell her that her birthday gift was screwed up. Instead of giving me a discount on the expensive arrangement I bought they wanted to take my daughters arrangement back to their office so they could correct the screw up and that was the best that they could do for me. I will never do business there again......

They were wonderful and very accommodating! I requested a balloon and baby teddy bear to be delivered to Baby Briannas grave site at Dona Ana Cemetary and they even sent me a photo. I am based in New York city and I will be calling them for Baby Briannas transition to heaven Anniversary on July 19, 2016. Thank you Danette for being so accommodating!!!! Ivette

Dont order deal of the day. I was disappointed when I sent my friend flowers. She sent me a picture thanking me. They were carnations!!! The worlds cheapest flower that probably didnt cost what I paid. I could have spent the same price and she would have gotten roses mixed with lillies or daisies. They have great flowers, but dont get the deal of the day!

I purchased a Mothers Day gift for my mother and it was not what I paid for. The decor was horrible it was an edible arrangement; the fruit was not sweet. I highly recommend for edible arrangements to actually go to the edible arrangement location. Everything they do is great! Never again will I purchase from flowerama !

Paid $53 for a birthday arrangement.. was not what I asked for... was not delivered on time.. and the "owner" asked me to ask for the arrangement back so they can fix it.. bullshit for management.
