When you walk in the door your greeted with a hello and a welcome from someone at their customer service and they have people on the floor that will approach you if you cant seem to find what your looking for and they will help you find it! love the groomers inside Care-a-lots, as soon as they see me they remember my 2 dogs names. The groomers are fairly priced I pay $43.00 for each dog and I always tip well because they treat my babies so Good! Only got a 4 star because the last few times I have gone in to get treats,puppy pads, NO cashier or a huge line and then once people are verbal about the lack of cashiers 2 will come our of the little office upfront and take the people in the back of the line first! This just started to happen and hopefully it doesnt become the norm.

I went into care a lot for the first time this past week and was greeted at the door with a smile (something I am no longer familiar with). I just bought my first puppy and had no clue what to buy, without a second thought the girl working at the front(her name was natalie I believe) walked me around the whole store to show me everything I needed. The knowledge that she had about every product I asked about was incredible, and even when she didnt know offered to do research for me. If you are looking for help from a friendly and knowledgable staff, this is the place to go! Thank you, care a lot for helping me with my new baby!!

Love this place. We have 3 dogs and they offer every brand of dog food Ive ever researched. Great selection of toys, treats, food, grooming supplies.......the folks that work there love animals, and they always give our dogs a treat when they come in. Our dogs love them! A great all-in-one store for your pet. Our dogs LOVE walking up and down every aisle, smelling everything. It is a nice, clean store.They love meeting new doggie friends while we are there. And they have a scale located near the vet that is located there as well. Reduced cost on vaccines. Nice scale to weigh the dogs. Love this place!

I love this store! The prices are good and they have special ordered items I needed for my pets! Also they recently started carrying FROMM (dog food) that is really rich in nutrients! They also have really great events! Every event Ive been to so far has had a free raffle to win stuff for your pets! This woman won a 6ft cat tree at their last cat event, I was so jealous! Lol They also have a low cost vet inside fri sat sun(call store if you need hours I cant remember) ! I mean $20 for rabies is awesome! :D

I love this place. So happy it is closer to my house than the other one. The associates are so friendly and really knowledgeable about everything. I like the guarantee on dog food too. We finally found a brand my dog would eat, lol. I also love the fact that they have grooming here and pet clinics on the weekend for wellness/shots and basic training classes. The prices are great too. I am in there several times a month.

We have four cats. We feed them the canned Instinct brand cat food. Not only do they carry the brand, but they also carry a variety. Care-A-Lot also carries the Feline Fresh scoopable cat litter we use. Top it off with the fact that we are supporting a local business. AND the staff is always helpful and very personable. All of this makes the 20-minute, out-of-my-way drive worth the effort!

Nice locally owned pet store. They have a good selection of brands. They serve a wide variety of pets. We like to get our dog food and pet rabbit supplies here. Our dogs have sensitive stomachs and they have great quality food at lower prices than other places. Our rabbit is spoiled and prefers the Timothy hay with treats in it. Care a lot always has it in stock.

I needed a muzzle as my rottweiler was staying with my friends mom until I could find a new place that allowed dogs as he is not friendly to strangers but the staff really knows their stuff and was very helpful to getting me what I needed and tips to help train my dog better

Well kept store with a wide variety of products for all pets- their regular prices are already lower than most pet stores but keep at eye out for their great sales- also a great return policy even for dog food if your dog does not take well to a new variety.

Prices are not bad. Employees are knowledgeable. This location has dog parties where you learn about how to make healthy treats. Pictures with santa or the easter bunny. My dog and I enjoy going in to see what is new.

We shop hear about once every 3 months for toys or tags and their tags arent as big as Id like them to be PetSmart has bigger ones but for the convenience its a very good store to get your pets supplies at.
