Worst Experience EVER!! I bought a brand new Tiburon about 5 years ago and it only has 33,000 miles on it. 3 years into owning it the car started to shift really hard into 3rd gear. So I took it into Savage and I dealt with a Nice man that is no longer there or at least hasnt helped me since. But anyway they put a new transmission into the car and it worked great.... for about a year. Took it back and started dealing with a new service man and they said it needed a new computer so they put a new computer in it and about a month later the same shifting problem happens. Getting frustrated i took it back and they kept it a week to see what they can do and all they did was drive it and reset the adaptive valves. Picked the car up and two weeks later the same thing happens this time I am beyond frustrated took it back and he was basically interrogating me and asking me if i drive with two feet and how i my foot is positioned on the petal and how i take it off the gas and put it on the brake!!?? Plus a ton of random questions that were asked in a condescending way! He told me the only thing they can do is have a Mechanic drive it to and from work to see if it does it. Hesitant I said yes because all i wanted is for my car to be fixed for good. A week after they had my car, I once again had to call to see what’s wrong with it and they told me nothing was wrong with it and its normal it drives that way! Bull no car is suppose to feel like youre riding a bucking bronco!! Went to pick up the car and was told there is nothing else they can do for me! Hello what do you mean? I have 5 more years on my warranty!! So at this point Im regretting buying a Hyundai and feel defeated! I called Piazza Hyundai in Pottstown and the service manager was more than happy to help me, he even brought a loaner car to me and took mine in to look at. Today at 4:00 I got a call and guess what he is going to fix it for me! Found codes in the computer ordered a new part and will have it back tomorrow night! Savage has never called me once about my car i always had to call them to see what’s going on! Sorry Savage but you need new employees that know how to do their job at least in the office! How can one Hyundai dealer find the problem and the other cant? doesnt make sense to me! I honestly think savage just didnt want to put the time in to find the problem. I will never deal with them again and will stick to Piazza Hyundai because apparently they are on top of their game unlike savage! Would never recommend to anyone!

I made an appointment on January 13 to take my Hyundai for repairs on January 17. I didnt the need the car until late evening on the 17th as I was recuperating from surgery. We dropped in off around 11:30 AM on the 16th. They asked if I needed it at a special time on the 17th and I told them late - around 9:00 PM. I hadnt heard anything from them by 4:00 on the 17th so I called. They asked if I needed it and I said I did - I told them that when I dropped it off on the 16th - a day earlier than my appointment!! They said they were open until 6:00 and would try to get the car done and would call. Approximately 1/2 hour later they called and said the car wouldnt be done until TUESDAY, January 21st. I asked for a loaner as I told them I needed the car and they gave me the name of a rental company to call for a DISCOUNT!! The man I talked to told me he NEVER NEVER promised to have my car done by the 17th!! I like my Hyundai but will never go back to Hyundai to have service done or to purchase a car ever ever again.

I went in with little hope of getting a car, had visited another (very popular) dealership in the area and was lucky enough to compare services. These people bent over backwards, left no stone unturned, gave it all AND wearing a smile at all times. I felt their commitment to help me get my familys much needed van. I did not feel like they were making me jump through hoops just because, the banks can be picky in excess. You would think think that if you want to sell a product, you might want to make your customer comfortable and valued, I did not feel this at that other place on Lancaster ave with the persons full name used as the dealerships name (I wont say it, but you know who it is). But at Savage Hyundai they made it happen. Thank you, guys! I will DEFINITELY see you for my next vehicle purchase.

Savage Hyundai is excellent all around. We have just purchased our third Hyundai and simply love it. Carol who was our rep was extremely knowledgable about the cars she is selling, the business and was easy to lock a great deal in with. We would recommend both Carol and the dealership to anyone!!! So far our Hyundai Elantra 2012 is living up to the reputation we expected. Great mileage, features that can not be beaten for the price and the service - 100k warranty to match! It is also great to have a dealership and a saleswomen like Carol who handles every client with a personal touch. We were able to take out 4 year old trick or treating there and she always welcomes us to stop in and chat while we are in the area. Again, nothing bad has ever come from the reputation, sales force and name of Hyundai!

Many people told me they are very difficult to deal with. But I had to give them the benifit of the doubt. I asked for a price, I was shopping for a car. They refused and said bring your best price and we will beat it. So I stopped in with my best price. They "said" they would be it and gave me a price. But they did not have it in stock and woud get it. When they got it in, they called and I went back, it was higher than what they had told me. When I reminded them of the price they quoted... the comment was... They will never sell it for that price. Please people, just stand by what you say. If I have this much trouble with the price, just imagine how their service is. NOT A COMPANY I WANT TO DEAL WITH.

I am very happy with my decision to buy from Savage Hyundai...I recently purchased my first Hyundai from them, and I couldnt be happier!!! Coming from a business background, I KNOW that the team at Savage worked VERY hard to get me the best deal around! I have looked around at the trade-in value of my previous car, and I KNOW that they gave me top dollar for my trade. Everyone takes the time to introduce themselves and makes you feel like a person, not just a number. They have the expertise and skills to create customer loyalty, which is a term lacking so much in todays market. I would highly recommend Savage Hyundai to anyone looking for a pleasant buying experience for a great new car!
