On January 23, 2014 I purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius from Prestige Auto Sales, LLC. Approximately two weeks later I received the car from them. It was shipped from one of their other business locations in Hollywood, Florida. Upon receiving the vehicle I then took it to a local Toyota dealer to have the car fully inspected. As a result of the inspection it was determined that the vehicle had a leaking water pump and a defective ABS Brake Actuator Assembly which needed to be replaced. I contacted Alex and informed him of the problems that my Toyota dealer found and I faxed and emailed him a copy of the repair estimate from the dealer. A few weeks after that I had the water pump repaired at a local auto repair shop and paid for the cost of the repairs out of my own pocket. The repair bill was $276. I then contacted Alex again and he assured me that he would work with me to resolve the problems with the vehicle. Alex agreed to send me a check in the amount of $276 to cover the cost of the repairs on the defective water pump which he did. Alex also told me that he was going to find me a used ABS Brake Actuator Assembly and that he would also pay to have the ABS unit installed in my vehicle at my local auto repair shop. After waiting two more weeks it became apparent to me that Alex simply did not care about resolving this issue as I still had not heard from him during that time. I then located a used ABS Brake Actuator locally and emailed Alex and informed him that I had found a used ABS part for $275 and that the labor would cost $300 to install it. In order to resolve the issue as it had now been almost two months since I purchased the car from him, I suggested that he simply send me a check for $575 to cover the cost of the used ABS Brake part and the labor charges. I sent Alex and email and he agreed and that he would mail me a check for $575. Alex claims to have mailed the check to me on March 19th per his email to me. Today is March 26th and I still have not received the check from him. Alex lied and he never sent the check to me. It only takes 4 days for a check to arrive from Hollywood, Florida to Goose Creek, SC. I have sent Alex three emails through eBay over the past three days and he has not replied to any of my emails. I plan on leaving him negative feedback on eBay if the check does not arrive here by Friday March 28th.

I bought 2013 ME/BE C300 from Prestige end of May, 2015. I am from NY, I could not find this car in NY so I took a bus to PA. They picked me up at bus station. They had few C300. So it was hard to choose but I got the one with sport package. Also they got me pre-approved and I was kind of worried if they will be able to get me financed, since my credit is not perfect. Many places say pre-approved but once you get to dealership terms change. Not at this dealership. It took 2 hours to sign all papers and drive back the car, which I thought a little longer than usual. They said its longer because of temp plates. All around I am in love with my car, no problems. I took it to Mercedes service and all was good. The reason I am writing this review, is that I received a call from Prestige to find out hows the car and if my experience with them is satisfactory. It moved me. I was not expecting it. All I can say that I will recommend to them my friends and family, and will buy my next one with them. Thanks Ron and Van the man.

I spent about 3 weeks researching different dealers and it was ultimately the reviews about Prestige (plus the large selection and that it was not far from my house) that made me decide to go there. I initially made contact with Ron Miraglia, the finance specialist. I explained my situation and he assured me that everything would turn out fine. I had worries about my credit and not getting approved for a car as well as how the trade in and payoff on my old car would work. I set up my appointment and went in. He set me up with Mike Butler. They definitely let you be to look around and not feel any kind of pressure, which is great! He gave tips on what type of car to essentially look for to better the chances for bank approval. Lucky for me, I already knew what vehicle I wanted and was able to find it. I was shocked when they said I can test drive it alone. I fell in love with the car immediately and was driving home with it that night. I was extremely happy with my experience and will recommend everyone to go there.

Writing this review right from Prestige to brag about the car my brother getting. As I am waiting for my brother to get plates for his new 2011 Escalade. Me and my family bought 4 cars from Prestige. I always wanted to write a review about Prestige, but Google is not making it easy to do it from my phone. The team of Prestige takes all the drama out of buying a car. Actually they got this Escalade for us special order, black all out exterior and interior, 3rd row & TVs. Their financing options are very competitive I could not get a better deal anywhere else, All around very Happy. And their cars are certified, they upfront with all questions, and do take care of problems if they any. We actually had a minor issue with our previous purchase, it was fixed, no questions asked. Definitely, Ill be considering Prestige for my next car purchase! I recommend this place to my friends and family.

The quality of service I received from Prestige Auto Sales was the best I have ever experienced. From my initial contact with Ms. Jenelle, she was very studious and displayed a positive attitude. Although I have credit issues that could make it virtually impossible to secure a loan, Jenelle almost guaranteed that a concerted effort would be made to secure a car loan despite these issues. With-in 20 minutes of my visit to Prestige, Ms. Jenelle and another Manager(name unknown) inform me that I was approved for a car loan. They even drove me to the bank to withdraw the funds needed as a down payment on my new car. This experience, by far was the best customer service that I have ever received from any company. If you are looking for a company that has excellent vehicles, and amazing customer service, Prestige Auto Sales is the place.

Helping my son buy a car on eBay - we unfortunately met up with a businessman with exceptionally limited scruples. Purchased a SUV that the brakes went on due to substantial undercarriage rust. Tie rod gone, rear window off track and other issues led to $1000+ in bills within the 1st two weeks. We asked for 1/2 reimbursement. Serge countered at $350 and then reneged his settlement offer when the time limit was up on eBay to leave feedback. Long distance transaction - my bad for not paying someone to look at car 1st - but the fact that he reversed a PayPal transaction (which we believe is fraud) and never followed through on his word goes directly to his character and his business practices. If you must deal with Prestige Auto - be prudent and do your due diligence and dont trust him at his word!
