The only okay thing about Daily Beauty is that the cashier/s are nice. Other than that I would rate this store a 0 because the lady owner of the store is money hungry. Everything in that store is OVER PRICED. It just sucks that this is the closes location to me. However I still go out of my way and go to Magic Beauty on 6060 Montgomery (right by the HEB on Walzem). If you visit Magic Beauty you will defintely see a big difference in price. One time I asked the lady owner why isnt her prices competitive with the other beauty supply stores she raised her voice and told me if I dont like her prices I can leave. Just mean. She only cares about the bottom line and ripping people off. She seems nice until you challenge her about her over priced products. Because of that I do not mind going out of my way to Magic Beauty. I only once in a blue moon go to Daily Beauty if and only if I need something last minute and right away other than that you can catch me on snapchat at Magic Beauty for sure. Magic Beauty has the best prices and deals. Also, Black Fox Beauty Supply Store near Ingram Mall has great prices too. I would definitely recommend Black Fox also. But my go to right now is Magic Beauty because of the customer service and of course the fair prices and deals. Plus they have two convienent locations in the same plaza, one of the stores just sells nice wigs/lace frontal wigs and the other store has all the other good stuff like hair extensions, makeup, hair/skin care etc. MB has definetly become my spot! Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They have no clue what they are doing. They told me they matched my hair for some extensions - the match looked off to me, so before I purchased them I told them they color looked off. The girl behind the counter told me she has done this for years and years and thats the correct color. Since I am not experienced in this and this was my first time buying extensions I decided to follow her expert advice. I was told I could bring them back if they did not match. I was able to get in to my hair stylist in the next couple of weeks so she could put them in. She immediately could tell after placing them near my hair that they were off. I went back to exchange the extensions- and I was told this was not possible. They dont accept exchanges even if its their error matching your hair color. And they claim to be experts! When I asked to speak to a manager, after explaining the situation the manager proceeded to yell at me in front of other customers and in broken terrible English that her employees have worked here for years and they dont make mistakes. She proceeded to tell me that this was my fault. Never in my life have I have been treated so poorly by a manager or had such awful customer service. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else! They clearly dont have what kind of job they do, as long as they make a sale!

Its ok. I would have to say overall, this supply store was ok. Ive only been in there a few times and each time, the service was not all that great. But as someone mentioned, that doesnt really matter. They seem to have a nice selection of hair and wigs but because I dont wear extensions or wigs, I have no personal experience with browsing their selection. I will say, however, I plan on trying a protective style for my natural hair transition and when I called to see if they had bob marley braiding hair, they said they have it. Thats a BIG plus. As for products, they have a nice selection of products but they didnt have what I needed. I am transitioning to natural hair and they dont seem to have many of the products I was suggested for my hair. They dont have many all natural, curl friendly products, if any. I will be browsing for products again shortly. Its pretty sad that an urban beauty supply store has less curl friendly/natural hair products than Walgreens, Target, and Sallys but whatever. I hope to find some sulfate-free shampoos and silicone-free conditioners but I dont know. The location is convenient for me since it isnt too far from Stone Oak. They also have moderately convenient hours of operation.

If I could I would give them zero stars..... what an AWFUL place! They have NO idea what they are doing- I cant believe they somehow have a 3.9 rating - they seriously should be shut down. The employees and managers have no idea what they are doing - they dont know how to properly match for extensions- I am so happy that I didnt buy anything even though they were trying to convince me that the extensions they had picked out for me matched my hair. I brought 2 of my hair stylist friends to help me out the next time I went and they told the manager this place was a joke- needless to say they both advised me to take my money elsewhere and that is what I did! They have false advertising on their items, they are selling fakes.. extensions, etc. I wont be spending my hard earned money here! Also, on both occasions I went, I witnessed other employees or mangers arguing with customers... basically same issue I had except I never made a purchase so I didnt have to deal with attempting to return anything (from the sound of things the poor customers were unable to return the products). I advise anyone - even my worst enemy to take your money elsewhere - hopefully they shut this place down!!

This is not a reputable place to shop. They mis-mark wigs and sell them to you as if it is the highest quality wig. The last hairpiece I bought (6/2015) from them I was charged over $600.00 and according to the manufacturer of the product it should have retailed for 60.00 to 90.00, with the stores cost being 30.00. The manufacturer also confirmed that the hairpiece was not at all what they told me that it was. When I went to talk to the owner and the manager, they yelled at me and told me that I did not know what I was talking about. They then called the manufacturer in front of me where they yelled at them and threatened to not buy their products anymore if they didnt tell me that all the products they sell are made from Remi Human Hair. (I have the manufacturers catalog and that is not true.) Please save the heartache and find another place to shop.

I was there for over an hour in awe of the selection before being helped. I had no clue what I was looking for and looked completely lost. The ladies working there helped everyone who came in before and after me. Finally some asian lady asked if I had been helped and pretended to make a big deal about having better customer service. I told her what I was looking for and she said it would be a waste to get nice hair, but tried to sell me the most expensive hair they had that would match my natural hair color. After another hour of scolding me about my choices she claimed that clip ins would be the way to go. She didnt listen to a word I said. The staff was no help except for the newest staff member there. The only good thing about the place is the huge selection and wig salon in the back.
