First time there and bad experience..We did get a good deal on a floor item "leather recliner chair" but as the manager or supervisor was plastic wrapping it an employee comes by with a dolly cart and literally slams into the chair! She wasnt even careful to at least slow down to get by the narrow space then she actually slammed back into it a second time after saying sorry. She seemed to have a poor attitude , also the place seemed dirty like the never clean the carpet areas.

I had a coupon , I tried to use it, but gess what it didnt apply. It was ok though, the bad part was the cashier was very upset and she said " oh my goodness, you brought all this stuff for no reason", the stuff I brought one, had no price and two, she said it didnt apply. I dont understand why JCPenny gived coupon or why they dont instruct their cashier to be patient

They have the worst customer service form employees to supervisors. They dont accept even exchanges, they dont do online price match. No wonder the store is always empty. They make no attempt to satisfy clients . They even mislead customers using the wrong price tag then, they do not honor it at the register. I will Never go to this store again.

Omg, weve been in line to pay for 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of us. Eash person only had two items. Cashier is so slow i can only assume she just doesnt care. Is she was wearing a name tag id post it. Shes working working the front cashier on Sunday September 25th at 11:33am, should someone from the store see this.

Visited store today in a very long time. Very disappointed with in store selection shelves were practically empty looks like store is closing very unsatisfied with selection available at store better off shopping online

The sign posted said 40% off, yet I had to pay full price for a pillow. Not happy. Not happy at all. With a language barrier at the forefront, I didnt feel like arguing.

Stuff is pricey, but you can get a good deal if you know where to look. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
