I gave a few diamond rings to the jewelers to remove some melee from. I came back after one hour and picked it up, and all they gave me back were the diamonds, even tho I specifically said I wanted to keep the rings when I dropped them off. The tall blonde lady commented that I could just leave them there as scrap when I requested them again: we are talking about $80 worth of gold if I sent them to a refinery (but they arent going to bother telling you that are they?) After I left, I noticed one of the diamonds was missing (I should have counted before but I guess I am too trusting). I went back in and discretely asked the lady who gave them to me if she had possibly left it on the counter, and she just kept denying it. These things happen and I didnt want to embarrass her; but I made it pretty clear that I was sure it was missing as nicely as possible. Finally I very politely requested her to ask the jeweler if it was around when he took it from my ring; she was very hesitant. I had to ask her. Finally I saw them go in to the room where she had measured my diamonds and viola out she came with my missing diamond. It had been left on the counter. What bothered me was her icy cold manner and she didnt even apologize at all. She really embarrassed me with her behavior; I almost felt as if she thought I was trying to con her. After she gave me the diamond she walked to the other end of the store and I could tell she was talking about me because all the staff were looking at me and glancing back at her. Nobody smiled or said good bye or anything. I dont think they welcome people who know anything about jewels. Also, I tried to get an understanding of rates for labor and materials from the jeweler guy and I felt his answers were kind of evasive; I dont think this store is used to dealing with educated customers. This store had half a dozen sales people standing around doing nothing; maybe they should consider getting more training? I am guessing the was the wife of one of the owners or something. The other guy I talked to told me all white gold is rhodium plated; these people know very little about jewelery. I literally have 16 jewelry projects coming up and not one will ever be in the hands of this store.

I purchase an engagement ring here and had an amazing experience. A friend refereed me to Lucidos and I was very happy with my experience. I worked with Anna DeMarco who made this stressful experience a very easy one. Purchasing jewelry is not something that I do often so I was very nervous to get the right ring . Anna was very patient and educated me on Diamonds and rings before we looked at any. We even pulled up my fiancés pintrest account and found that she posted a few pictures of her dream diamond. Her dream diamond was very far out of my price range costing about $500k but Anna and her team were able to put together a handful of options that were a mixture of her favorites she posted. I was able to talk with the jeweler and a few other sales people making me very confident in my purchase. The whole team seemed to be very passionate and truly care that I got the perfect ring. They seemed to give their true personal and professional opinion on what to purchase and why. I felt very comfortable and confident with my purchase and they walked me through the whole process. The price was more than fair which I knew from the large amount of shopping I did. I would recommend Anna and her team to anyone looking for jewelry.

Very poor service! My husband and I went in there to look at a new wedding ring. Connie, our salesperson, was very very rude! She questioned several times if we could afford the rings that we were looking at, which made us feel very uncomfortable. She also recommended that maybe another jeweler would have rings in our price selection. The funny thing is that just because we dont wear expensive clothes or have expensive items doesnt mean we cant afford something from your jewelry store. I would highly advise to never go to Lucidos and especially never deal with the salesperson named Connie. We went to a family owned jeweler further away from our home in Rochester and had a much better experience.

I had a really great experience there this afternoon. I am went in with my watch to get the band resized. I went to another store in the area (triple crown watch repair) first but was deterred by the lack of pleasant service and decent prices ($15 for a single link removal!). However, I walked into Lucido and was given very prompt hospital treatment. After some consulting with a worker there, he resize my band for free and gave me some advice about watch maintenance. I was very pleased with the service and well go back there again if I need anything.

I purchased both the engagement ring and the wedding bands from Lucido in Rochester. Tanya helped us through the entire process and made the experience enjoyable. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kept us up to date regarding when the rings were available and so on. I could not have asked for a better experience! I would recommend Lucido and especially Tanya to anyone looking for jewelry. The prices are reasonable and the selection is outstanding.

Recently picked up a new watch here. They were patient as I did not know which one I liked. They had a great selection of options to choose from. The staff will offer you beverages and treat you with respect. I know that my watch will be in good hands anytime Id need assistance down the road. Very highly recommend.
