Service was good, prompt and attentive to questions etc. However, this place is very over priced. I went engagement ring shopping to at least 6 other stores (big chain jewelers and mom n pop type stores as well) to compare what was out there, this place was charging nearly $5000 for the exact same ring we found in another store for about $1300 less. They also were a bit heavy on the "pushy" salesmen type, overall I probably would not go back again.

Dennis is the man! We initially bought our engagement ring and wedding bands from him. We have gone back on several occasions for additional jewelry and to have the rings cleaned. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend buying from this store!

I went there to get my watch appraised they took my watch opened a link then told me they wont appraise it for me and gave me my watch back missing a link , never going back there again !!
