Bought a car there, the dealership who sold the car should not have sold it and then the title clerk went on vacation. After 30+ days we were told to bring the car back. Manheim didnt do their job and mediate the situation. They also did nothing for the buyer. They allow shady sellers to do shady things and then back them up on shady business dealings. We dont do business that way and will never purchase with Manheim again.

Bought a 2009 Ford F150 4x4 unseen through Manheim of Lakeland from Ford of Clermont. The seller nor the auction disclosed that the engine was knocking. I called them and they told me: "Sold As Is". We cant do anything. I would stay away from Manheim and Ford of Clermont. Both of these companies are interested ONLY in profit, and they dont care how they treat their customers.

I drive for a living & stay at a lot of different Hotels. This is by far the best one I stay at. The staff is always friendly and helpful rooms always clean. & Miss Kim the manager has become like family to me. Days Inn of Lakeland is where Ill always rest my head when Im in town. THANKS YALL!
