This place is a joke! Rude to customers, have no knowledge of their vehicles, sell vehicles that are junk! Would rather put you in crap vehicles than finance you on a better than crap vehicle,then when you tell them you dont want the vehicle because it wasnt what they described they tell you," your not a man of your word"! Guess what, your not good for your word selling junk! Ive only given one star because I had to! But thats OK went somewhere else that was not rude and was honest and ended up purchasing two new vehicles! If you go here,in sorry for you! I dont want to mention any names but if you go here dont deal with a guy thats name rhymes with STEVE!!!!!

I love this place. I have bought several cars and trucks here over the last 10 years. The owner and the staff have great knowledge of what they’re selling, whether a classic of a work truck. The vehicles I have purchased have always worked out well for the purpose I bought them for. I have few classic cars in my collection all from Route 31, 1-work truck and all the cars my kids started out in came from Route 31. I have also used them for some used parts and service. Always been way cheaper than anyone else on service and been a great help with some used parts they had upstairs. So a special thanks to John, Steve, Jim and Freddy.

Route 31 Auto Sales is an awesome blast from the past experience! Not just the classic vehicles they stock or the vintage decor, but in the way they do business!! Every deal is still hand written and closed with a handshake and a smile! I bought my first car there in 2010. I had such an awesome experience Ive since been back and made several purchases including the truck I currently drive. Also Ive recommended Route 31 Auto to friends and family who have also purchased there. On 26 March 2015, I completed a transaction of my 2011 Ford Ranger XLT Manual with a lien of approximately $9,000. I recently became unemployed and needed to get rid of my truck but still have a reliable vehicle. I paid $400 per month on my pickup and now I do not owe anything. I was able to negotiate a down trade of my ford ranger to a 2002 Ford Taurus. I am completely satisfied with the transaction as it was luck I ran across his shop. I am from Southern Wisconsin and no dealer wanted to part with anything more than $9000, the remainder of the lien. I highly recommend Route 31 Auto Sales for trades and sales.

I bought a truck from this dealership. What an interesting auto/museum dealership. I would recommend stopping to look at all the memorabilia and classic cars. This place is rich in deco, even the restroom is decorated! I have been buying cars for over 30 years and this was the easiest and friendliest place I have done business with. I wish more business were as easy to deal with as John and Steve. I negotiated a deal and was out the door in less than an hour. I got a fair dear, the place needs to make money.
