Lets face the facts!! Nobody ever wants to deal with getting beat up or feel like they have been taken advantage of when purchasing a vehicle. Especially a used car. There is always the question of, " what was wrong with this car that the original owner didnt want it anymore". We have been blessed in the Joliet area for years to have a family owned used car dealership that, in my mind, is like no other. I dont just say this because of the friendly atmosphere there or that they are truly fair with their prices. In addition, I say this because the fact is that they put great vehicles on their lot and they back them up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jim Chignoli years ago when I purchased my first car from their dealership but over the years my wife and I have developed a close relationship with Gregg Chignoli. When we are in the market for another car or people we know are in need of one all I have to do is call. If the exact car Im looking for isnt there hell find one for us but thats not usually the case. With the caliber of cars that are on the lot at all times its hard not to find something you like. This just happened a few weeks ago when we were looking for a newer car for our 20 year old daughter. She was interested in a particular car in a certain price range so I called Gregg and he told me to stop by. He thought there were a few cars there that might be a better fit and he was right. She fell in love with one of the cars Gregg suggested and now its sitting in our garage. I would never hesitate to refer this dealership or the people working their to anyone who is looking for a car/truck. Do yourself a favor when you are in the market for a newer vehicle. I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima after I was involved in a car accident earlier in the month. I contacted Bill Chignoli from Chignoli Auto and from the get go Bill and his staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating to all of my needs and requests. There was zero pressure from their staff. I explained my financial situation and expressed interest in 8 cars on the lot that I had looked at online. He helped me narrow it down to four cars, all within my price range. Bill helped me see the positives and negatives of the four cars. Marc Chignoli helped me out with the financial aspect of it and was very helpful and made the process enjoyable and comfortable. The staff even arranged to have me picked up across town once I returned my rental vehicle, which was very kind and generous of them. This is the second car I have purchased from Chignoli Auto and will I continue to business with them in future. They truly do make you feel like you are a part of their family.

These guys are the best!!!! The Chignoli Family is a staple in the area for positive car buying experiences. No haggling or pressure. I have had ridiculous experiences buying from other "manufacturer" dealerships, bad selling practices: high pressure, ignorance, silly overpriced warranty offers, and it took forever in the stupid sales managers office, etc. This is a completely different car buying adventure....it is unbelievable, honest, and quick...if its not right they will make it right...fair pricing too.This dealership is no nonsense and hassle free...Great experience and reasonable pricing!!! I dealt with Jim and Rick, who also work out of Yorktown office. Great family, great guys! Thanks Jim, Love the Honda. P.S. they had it all done in minutes ON CHRISTMAS EVE. ...no less.

When Im looking for a gently pre-driven car, I rarely look any farther than Chignoli Auto Sales. This is the 3rd car Ive bought from this dealership and I have yet to be disappointed. Purchasing a car from Chignoli is like purchasing a car from a trusted family member. They make it as painless as possible and a first-class experience from the first test drive to the final deal. I was especially pleased with my most recent visit and purchase because Gregg and Marc were able to help me get out of a jam with my previous car while making my new purchase quick and easy. Stopped in on a rainy Wednesday night because I was looking for something with better fuel economy. I figured that noone would come out to help me. I was wrong Gregg came out and started talking to me. He was very knowledgeable about the different makes of cars that I was looking at. He was patient and willing to let me test drive several different models without ever asking if I was going to buy one. They gave me a good price on my trade and a great price on my new kia. I am extremely satisified with the whole experience and I loved being able to buy a car in the same town that I live. Having bought three of last cars from Chignoli...and all three have been excellent vehicles, I cannot think of why I would go anyplace different. Never have been pressured...always get a vehicle that suits our needs to a tee. The last time round, instead of buying a too nice of a car to leave at the airport parking garage, I was lead to an older car with less miles and a less expensive price tag. Just got back from a 750 mile road trip...and most people thought that this car was brand new and not 10 years old...and it drove fantastic. Fantastic Dealer I purchased a Ford Explorer from this Dealer my first dealing with them. First I called to verify if car was still there since I live in Indiana and to ask about the cosmetic condition because it was my main concern ( the car was under manufacturer warranty ) my call was handle by Joe and he was completely honest and told me about some minor details on the car and when I went to test drive the car I went on my work clothes( Dirty ) I was expecting some discrimination but to my surprise they treat me with respect and professionalism,price quality and everything you expect from a reputable dealer . THANKS AGAIN JOE MY WIFE LOVE IT.

After trying four times to get in contact with someone at Thomas Toyota in Joliet by filling out a request form on the website and four times they ignored my requests for info, I decided to give Chignoli a try. I filled out an info request form, and within a half hour, I was on the phone with a representative and got all the information I requested and am now pending pre-approval for a used car. Whether or not I decide to buy the car or not, I was greatly impressed with the speed and level of customer service they provided and I highly recommend Chignoli for all your pre-owned vehicle needs and will definitely be buying from them again in the future.
