Late post: On 8/26/16, my husband and I traveled from southern Arkansas to make our purchase with Chuck Walker at SHOALS OUTDOOR SPORTS. Before the decision to buy was made I had numerous conversations with Chuck. Every time we spoke Chuck was super nice and very informative. If he was not sure or just simply didnt know the answer, he asked someone and got back with us in a timely manner. Upon our arrival at SHOALS OUTDOOR SPORTS we were greeted with great customer. While there, EVERYONE and I DO MEAN "EVERYONE" was extremely nice and they exemplified great teamwork and excellent customer. I highly recommend anyone interested in making a purchase to make the drive to Shoals. THEY ARE TRULY COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU will be treated with respect, honesty, and great customer service. It took us a while to get there and the paperwork took a while but it was well worth the drive and the wait! Heads up guys! If you dont care to buy a "new" Polaris UTV with 7+ hours, and all the fenders and decals sunburnt from setting out in the weather for the past 11 or 12 months to only save about 300 dollars then this is a great place. But if your like me and want a "new" UTV with only 0.5 hours out of the box then go find one anywhere else. Looks to me like Shoals Outdoor sports ordered WAY to much inventory then they could ever sale or warehouse. Oh but if you ask them they sale like 258 units a month....

This is my first UTV purchase. Kevin not only explained all the functions of the 570 he went into detail of the importance and steps I should take for a proper break in. Not only did Kevin arrange delivery to my home he personally delivered my 570 ( after store hours may I add on a Saturday ) If this is an indication of the quality service you have then I am a life long customer and I commend you and Kevin.

Bought a 2016 rzr sold it so we canceled the rpm warranty. Called rpm to see where my money was at and shoals has received and cashed the check that was suppose to be mine. I will be contacting the BBB!
