This dealership is under new management and ownership, and it seems to be a huge improvement from the old ratings I read. I went in to pick up a generator before the ice storm on 12/6/13. Everyone was as nice as they could be. Very helpful. They had the Honda generator I needed and at an incredible price too. I am on crutches from a broken leg, so they happily carried it to my truck and put it in for me. The generator even came with the oil already put in and a full tank of gas. I drove over an hour away from Draffenville, KY. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I will do business with them again.

Loved the place back when it was Garland Powersports. Under this new ownership I was offered $1800 trade in for my 2009 Ninja 650R with less than 9000 miles and zero damage and was told that I couldnt get put on the bike I wanted for less than $12,000 when my friend got the EXACT same bike FROM THEM for $8,000 out the door only a few months ago. Tried ordering some tires and they overpriced them by 150 dollars and said it would be a week until they showed up but could get the same set for $250 overnighted elsewhere. This new business is only after your money and I honestly hope no one else is swindled by these people.

The new managment is awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the bike I wanted and got it at an awesome price. I cant imagine why anyone would mess with the overpriced dealerships in Clarksville. Everyone should turn left out of Ft. Campbell and head to Hopkinsville and get a great selection, great prices, and a staff that is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to do everything they can to get you a new bike.

I rode down from Ohio to catch the eclipse when I bike broke down. It was a Saturday and while it was nearing closing time, they offered to stay open late for me. They have gone above and beyond trying to get me back on the road. I will make the 8 hour drive next time Im looking to buy another bike. You cant put a price on this type of customer service. Highly recommended.

Have been looking for a pioneer for a while. Have been to several places looking at these machines. When i arrived at m and s i was greeted with sales people that were informative and helped me along the way. Out of all the places i have been this was by far the best one. I am now a happy owner of a pioneer 1000. Will recommenced to everyone i know.

Walked a two full laps in the store without any aknowladgement from a sales rep. Two girls that worked there were on a smoke break right in the door way. No motorcycle gear. Giving one star because their prices werent bad. But I wont be back because of lack of customer service and product.

The service and parts employees are knowledgable and friendly. The prices of parts are what you would expect from a shop like this. They are military friendly so that is a huge plus imo. I have not dealt too much with sales employees but on the surface they act like used car salesmen

Went to have my unit serviced for the first time. Man is this place different from when it was the old dealership, Staff was friendly and helpful. The parts guy and service guy were very informative and showed me everything i needed to know. Will recommend to everyone i know.
