Terrible Customer Service. My friends and family came up from the lower peninsula for a weekend of snowmobiling and rented 4 snowmobiles from this company. The Sleds were great. However, the delivery of the snowmobiles was a day late, and the snowmobile delivery man was unable to find the location (on top of being late). I provided a map on a pdf weeks in of advance and the map was not provided to the delivery man. Additionally, the man was physically out of shape and unable to unload the snowmobiles for the trailer so I had to do it for him. Contacted the store repeatedly and their sales representative Ryan repeatedly stated that the snowmobiles would be on time (they were not) and that he would refund one days were of rental fees (he never did). So, I issued a chargeback with American Express. Nice folks, but terrible customer service. Go elsewhere for snowmobile rental.

Went here twice to buy a side by side. Each time got to look at what I wanted. Then went to Cozzys Polaris in Marinette WI, and Honda in Menominee for purchase. If you cant get a price when you ask it makes it hard to buy a machine. There are other dealers out there with better service and prices. Ill go here again... But just to look. Two thumbs up for Cozzys.

Walked in , no one greeting or asking if I needed help, and I did ! Walked around for close to 15 minutes and just left. Staff makes you feel like its your pleasure to be waited on by them or be inside the building. I guess will never ever go there again !

HUGE inventory with the availability to locate within the four dealerships under their umbrella AND pull from other dealerships!! Makes the shopping very easy. And price.....easiest part to figure out!! No downfalls!!
