Definitely wouldnt recommend this place. I am aware of this being a long review, so if you dont have the time, at least read my last paragraph. That alone will tell you the type of business being run at this location. *This is not a business that seeks the Better Business Bureau accreditation* just for anyones knowledge. I own a 08 zx6r, had my head gasket replaced, along with valve adjustment, plugs and filter. Never had a problem with my bike, absolutely great bike! Picked my bike up 05/18/2016, rode the motorcycle for the first time 05/21/2016. Around 70miles down the rode, I pulled over bike is overheating, send a message to the manager, whom stayed in contact with me throughout the repairs. I demanded the bike to be picked up and be looked at. Few days later, I received a phone call from the manager, tells me it wasnt their fault completely mine...okay. Turns out, coolant has made its way into my oil. Longer story short. In the mist of the managers lies, our conversation continues, as I now know that they wont be holding themselves accountable, with even the slightest chance of it being, their mechanics fault. I ask when I can pick up my motorcycle, I dont want them to touch my bike no more. Manager states, " I need to put numbers together, Ill let you know, when you do come to pick it up, make sure you bring it in cash, and the prior repairs done, I will refund your money back to your card (paid with my debit card), and if you can bring cash to pay that as well (RED FLAG OF FOUL BUSINESS, I would say). I quickly get upset and respond WHY! I dont want to do that. answer received was " well then you cant pick up your bike". At the end of the day, I am disgusted that a business like this, is somewhat of a representation of a world class business as Kawasaki.

Worst experience ever, very unprofessional, family owned business, so they treat u like whatever... Paid to get services done, my bike is worse than it was when it went in...when i tried to discuss issues that I had problems with, the son flips out. The dad puts me out, cause I did not want to talk to his son anymore. Had to call police to the location, it is a shame the police told me they come there all the time for customer service issues..Paid for carb rebuilt, cause my float was sticking causing 1 carb to leak gas, it is not leaking gas anymore, I give them that, but my bike cuts off when it want to now, it does not keep idol anymore, paid for oil change, I got the same filthy oil, the same dirty filter I bought from advanced auto last year 2016, paid for 1 spark plug, I got the same 2 spark plugs again, I bought from advanced auto from 2016. I know this because I changed my oil and plugs myself.. Nobody never knows the status of anything.. The service was suposse to take 3 days to do, the parts took the most part of 2 wks to come in, so they said. I waited for 26 days to pay for a service that was never done. Then they tell me after I have paid a deposit with my financial institution, they wanted all cash so i wont dispute the charges, like everybody else do them, this is what the owner says....Which confirms what the officers said, they always have issues there, otherwise why worry, if they really stand behind their work. Do your research, before you get your motorcycle serviced there....I would highly recommend going to a place that is accredited by the BBB, this place is NR on the BBB for a reason...If i could give this place a no star I would, but it wont let you...

Wizard of Wheels is a family business with motorcycles in their blood. Back in July 2014 I started power shopping for a bike. I looked at all of the brands and visited 10 to 12 stores in the Chicago and NW Indiana area, some several times. I choose Wizard of Wheels in November 2014. What I liked about the Wizard of Wheels was their No Pressure sales approach. Their ability to A / B other brands was impressive leaving me with decision to choose. They know their competition, brands and dealerships. Their service department has two mechanics with a passion for fixing and maintaining bikes which spans over more then 25 years each. Very friendly people. I must have visited their showroom 30 times as I was shopping around. My welcome was never worn out. After I decided to purchase a 2014 Yamaha Star Motorcycle Stratoliner Deluxe the journey began. I wanted this Strat to be a one of a kind. Cody Thomas was very helpful with this with his knowledge of accessories that are out there. I added the Freedom Performance Dual Exhaust, Power Commander 5, Kuryakyn LED Lizard lights, Kuryakyn Hypercharger with infinity light show, Avon heated grips and all the chrome accessories that are available from Yamaha for the Stratoliner Deluxe with its Crimson Red paint job. Every time I take this bike out, I get complements. I would highly recommend anyone to visit their shop. Great people to do business with! Check out the end results of the Customized Stratoliner on YouTube: Stratoliner Deluxe Customized at Wizard of Wheels, Crete, IL.

Just bought a 2013 kx 250 f from Tom. I was shopping for this bike for a few weeks and went to several dealers looking to find the best deal. As I was shopping, I told these dealers I was looking at more than one shop. Once I told salesman this was what I was doing, it became difficult to get a out the door price on the bike I wanted. When I walked in to Wizard of Wheels and told Tom the same thing, he sat down for ten min. or so and then handed me his card with his price to the penny. As I was leaving to go to another dealer he told me he would throw in a helmet for free. After checking all the prices one dealer told me a price a couple of hundred dollars lower than Toms but it was a rounded off price, not out the door. Another dealer was $ 1250.00 more and none of the others were willing to throw in any freebies. So I bought my bike from Tom who was friendly and had my paperwork done in less than an hour. The price I payed was to the penny what Tom had quoted me. Also when I asked his parts guy about stiffer springs, he was honest and told me I was better off getting quality parts from mx-tech or pro circuit. Who turns down a sale! I was very impressed with this small friendly dealership. I would have no problem recommending this dealer.

If you want to buy a Kawasaki, dont bother with this place! I Wanted to test ride a motorcycle and was told by Tom, the owner, that the bike just came in that week and had to be prepped. Tom took my number and told me that he would give me a call when the bike was ready. Two weeks passed and I never received a call! I went in to check if it was ready to ride and I was told the same story. They asked for my name and number and told me they give me a call when it was prepped. I told Tom that you said that same thing two weeks ago and he said "exactly!" "Weve been really busy." He then told me to "hold on for a moment and he would see what he could do." Well, that moment turned into 25min and Tom told me that the bike was sold and I couldnt test ride it! Please dont tell me that you thought I was going to call in, when you took my name and phone number twice! Why do you need my name and number if Im supposed to call and check? If you sold the bike, you could have given me a call and let me know! THANKS FOR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and Ill spend my money elsewhere!
