I went to PetSmart from North Bergen and had a very bad experience with the manager of the store. I didnt know she was the manager when I walked in but since she was the first worker there I stopped her to ask her where the cat food was but she answered me very loud and with a sarcastic voice.. " whaaat ? Then, I said it back to her " kitty food...then, she said " We dont sell that! And I repeated back ..cat, kitten food.. then she answered me back with a bad attitude "over there "pointing with her hand... so I walked towards where she was pointing and when I passed next to her , she looked at me with a mean look and told me with a threatening way " do you have a problem with me?!" And i said to her ... no, but why are you talking to me in that way? Then, She said to me " You have nasty face" I was in shock and confused why she was acting in that way with me ... so, I asked her who her manager was and she said very SARCASTIC that she was the manager. I stopped talking and kept walking to find my cats food but I felt she past the limits by communicating with customers in that way... I felt an abusing behavior towards me and my little daughter who was next to me.

Rude staff! Guy on the cashier was half asleep and did not know what he was doing! Kept taking cans out of the bag he already packed because he wasnt paying attention and overcharged me for more cans of food than I had. After I paid he fails to give me a receipt which I had to go back for... but the best is when I tried to get my money back for a mistake he made... he tells me to get back on a long line instead of calling a manager for me! I had to get a manager to help me with my return myself! Dont know his name because of coarse instead of my receipt saying his name it just says community cashier printed on it but hes easy to spot... light skin with wild curly hair and extremely rude and half asleep! Avoid this store at all cost!

Do not get your dog groomed here!! Seriously, I cant stress it enough. We had our dog for 2 months and didnt know much about groomers, so we just took him here knowing that there was a groomer. I specifically told them to trim him (my dog is a Lhasa Apso), when we went to pick him up, he was totally shaved from head to tail. They told me that they had to shave him because he had ONE mat. They could have just cut the mat off. Also, the groomers were unbelievably rude, and have no patience. We now found another groomer that is much better at the same price.

This place is very irresponsible! I am supposed to recieve a phone call to schedule a dog training and they never called me. I have called numerous times to schedule an appointment and they are always giving me a card time. It is now about 2 years and they tried to tell me that they wont honor my reciept and then told me they would finally schedule an appointment and still have yet to contact me. They are irresponsible, go to another petsmart or a dog training school. Terrible customer service!

La tienda es grande y encuentras de todo . Hay buenas cosas aveces de remate y la personas que trabajan te ayudan . Aunque aveces hay que esperar por solo hay una caja registardora abierta .

Had my dog washed here only once. NEVER again. The worker who washed our dog was horrible. She had a very negative attitude and was very rude and curt to me throughout the entire ordeal. Seeing my unhappiness, her manager came over and apologized for her behavior offering a free wash. NO THANKS! Save yourself the trouble and take your baby somewhere ELSE!

At first no staff was available for the fish but then after a short wait, staff was super. I was pleasantly informed by the cashier of additional discounts and saved even more. Thanks Petsmart management and employees!

All of petsmarts animals are all unhealthy and they are neglected I dont recommend buying animals there like reptiles and other animals you should buy from a breeder or a petstore that actually CARE about their animals.

My experience was not even worth one star. The manager was very rude and arrogant and refused to return my item WITH RECEIPT. Come to this store only if you want to deal with people who are bad excuses for employees.
