This has to be the absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order on a Monday for an $85 arrangement. I immediately called the store after placing the order online to make sure they did not delivery the arrangement until Friday and the female I spoke with said she would make a note of it. I received a call from the recipient on Wednesday saying they received the flowers. When I called the shop to ask why they were sent, they said there was a misunderstanding and did I want someone to go out and pick them up? Are you serious??? Then I found out that instead of sending the sunflower arrangement they sent yellow daisies as a replacement. Explain to me how that is a similar cost....sunflowers are way more expensive than daisies. The manager/owner (Ben) said sunflowers are not in season and that on the website it says that they can substitute a similar flower if something isnt available. Ben then said he would send another arrangement on the correct date. I said I want the sunflower arrangement but if they couldnt get the sunflowers than to send a different arrangement. At 1:50pm I called the shop b/c the person hadnt received the new delivery and was leaving the office early b/c it was her birthday and they indicated that they had not left the shop and would be there in about 2 hours. I said why wasnt my order the first one out the door this morning??? I talked with Ben again and he was very argumentative, not reasonable and REFUSED to give me my money back!!!! He said he didnt care that I was going to tell my friends about his customer service or the 500 people in my office...hes got 110,000 customers that would disagree with me. This is not how I expect to be treated when I spent almost $115 on a floral arrangement. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND I HOPE YOU WONT EITHER!!!!!!

I was very disappointed with the service at the River Oaks Plant House. Me and my husband walked in to buy a Christmas tree and were redirected to the specific area. Nobody came to talk to us so I asked a boy if he worked there and he replied yes but he didnt speak any English. He tried to help and explained in Spanish how the prices worked (by tree height, at least what I understood). He went inside and got someone to help and this guy came out to help us. His first question was if we had ever bought a tree from them before. We said no, and that we had just moved to Houston a few months ago. He simply says: Ah...these trees are very expensive. He didnt even bother to say the specific values. He looked at us and assumed we couldnt afford to buy a tree there. I could not believe my ears. I was shocked. Then he went on and on about the fact that he sells many trees but he himself wouldnt buy a tree there. He said: look at them (touching one of the trees) they are nice but too expensive. He even suggested another place to go (a tree nursery on Voss). I felt humiliated and left. I will never go back to a place like that. This guy was rude and unprofessional! DO NOT GO THERE!!

Super helpful service with a wide selection of flowers and arrangements. Anna helped me arrange a floral presentation yesterday and really did a wonderful job, all at a reasonable price as well. I will visit them again.

This is my 3rd arrangement from the Houston Flowery, and they keep getting better. My husband gives them little to no direction besides "Tropical". The arrangements are so Unique and Beautiful! Thanks!
