DONT GET TULIPS FROM THIS PLACE! (Im only putting 2 stars because my boyfriend said they were friendly when he ordered) I was very disappointed in my flower arrangement from Rainforest flowers. They were in a satisfactory state for less than a day. From what I can tell, these people dont know how to properly arrange tulips or help the recipients care for them. My boyfriend picked out these beautiful two toned orange and yellow tulips for my birthday. As soon as I got them, they were extremely droopy, so many other flowers were added to the arrangement that they were causing further droopiness to the tulips (to the point of almost looking like they might die), and were put in a vase that was too short. I had the florist take them back, and they told me the droopiness was because I put them in the sun. I would maybe accept that as an answer, except that I received them in that state. They told me they could get me a different flower or fix these ones. I wanted them to fix the ones my boyfriend had picked out for me. The next day I get a call saying that I can come pick up my flowers and they just need time to perk up. I picked them up and they had been in a fridge, and most of the tulips were standing up at that point. I figured the florist didnt change the arrangement at all because that was the problem. I assumed a florist would know more about tulips than I do, so I took my flowers home. Not long after that, they started drooping again. My boyfriend saw the flowers in person and was frustrated that he spent all this money on a flower arrangement and they didnt put the tulips in a properly sized vase or cut the tulips shorter for a shorter vase. He said he could have made me an arrangement better himself. All in all, I got to enjoy my flowers for maybe two hours. I was told they would open and close 7 times before they die. I did everything I could to have them perk up and save them, and they are dead after a few days. I wish I could have my boyfriends money refunded and I will make sure everyone I know doesnt make the same mistake we did.

I called on Mothers Day to order flowers for my mom. The lady I spoke to said that she was new and let me speak to someone else there in the flower shop. After I had a better understanding of what flowers they had to add to my arrangement, I was transferred back to the new person that was taking the orders over the phone. While I was trying to clarify what I would be getting in my arrangement she cut me off and said, Lets move forward!". I gave her my first and last name, but I was so disappointed by the way I was being treated I had to let her know how I felt. I told her that I know you all are busy, but this is not how you treat paying customers. Instead of her apologizing she said, "Do you still want to order?" Before I could answer, she said, "I guess not" and hung up the phone in my face. I have never seen any service business acting so rude. I guess they have forgotten who keeps them in business......THE CUSTOMER!!! I will NEVER use these people, and I will let everyone in The Woodlands know about this experience. The only reason why I gave them 1 Star is because I couldnt write the post without rating a star. They deserve 0 stars.

I ordered a delivery Thursday 2/13 on behalf of my boss who is out of the country. This afternoon I received an email saying the order was "cancelled". Knowing that I did not cancel the order I called the shop. They informed me that my order was received "too late" & they had too many orders so they were unable to deliver Friday. They also said I would get a refund & they planned to deliver the roses today. (My bosses wife is now out of town) This honestly would not have been that big of a deal, being that I understand how busy shops were on Vday. However, NOT being informed until 3 days later is completely unacceptable. I will NOT being using this shop again! I am so disappointed.

I found Raintree Florist on Google. My parents were celebrating their 59th wedding anniversary...in the Woodlands Hospital. I selected a lovely vase of hydrangeas and roses. When my mom texted me the picture, I was thrilled that Karen had created the look I had seen on her website. It was so much more than I expected. I am far away and I had to trust her to be there for me. Thank you, Karen. I must add that I thought the box of chocolates would be 4 pieces in a nice little box. Boy, I was pleasantly surprised when it was a large box! I will always use Raintree when sending flowers in Texas!!!

Is there a zero star rating?? Run!! Ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital. Rainforest said they would be delivered on July 4th. Got a confirmation for the holiday delivery from the florist. Flowers were delivered late afternoon on the 5th. Most frustrating is the fact the florist has ignored TWO emails about my disappointment that a sick friend did not receive flowers on the day promised. I say find another florist as customer service is obviously not important to Rainflorest Flowere!

First time using this florist, and needed flowers last minute for my anniversary. Based on reviews here, I chose Rainforest, and I am very glad I did! The flowers were perfectly arranged, and definitely fuller than I had expected for the price. I just called them up when they opened, told them the occasion and a couple colors, and they had it delivered by 11:30 am. Its the most pleased my wife has ever sounded when thanking me for flowers. Amazing job and will definitely use them again!

This is the flower store you can trust. A few days ago, I needed to order some anniversary flowers for my wife. I had no idea what i should choose. I just told Karen, the owener, that my wife likes pink roses. Karen is the real florist. They made a very nice, gorgeous presentation with a beautiful vase. It was delivered on time. My wife likes it very much. Very nice flower banquet. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

My daughter was in the hospital and my sister ordered a creative display and cake for her 18th birthday which she celebrated there. She asked for an artistic arrangement with unique flowers and Rainforest Flowers made an exotic and incredible display on the turn of a dime,.... and they delivered it along with a delicious cake. A week later and they still look amazing!. Thank you for making a difficult situation a bit more cheery.

If I could give NO stars, I would. Received a phone call at 10 P.M informed that the delivery of flowers ordered from my daughter to me would NOT come as she paid and that it would be the next morning. Well morning came and went, still NO flowers. Daughter has had to call to try to cancel or retrieve a refund. So much for her trying to make a special surprise to her mother in her absence. VERY unprofessional and unreliable.
