Flowers Express made a delivery on Monday, for Thanksgiving flowers ordered for delivery on Thanksgiving day and their explanation was they had a new employee filling in and she wrote down the wrong date. They offered to make good and had me come into the store and pick out a special arrangement to be delivered on Thanksgiving morning. I was at the residence all day along with a house full of out of town guests and the special order was not delivered. The driver had my phone number and the recipients phone number and never called either to report any problem with the delivery. When I called the store for an explanation, November 27, 2015, today, the day after Thanksgiving, the store employee reported that the driver said he tried to make the delivery but no one was at home to answer the door. I told the shop employee the delivery man either delivered to the wrong address or returned the flowers to the store. She said the flowers were not returned to the store. I told her that he dumped the flowers and lied that he delivered to protect his job. The employee at the store defended the delivery man. I have ordered flowers from the store before and they do beautiful arrangements but I rate them one star for integrity, dependability and customer service. I can see now why people are choosing to order flowers on line with companies like ProFlowers.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. THEY SUCK. The arrangement died after three days, was a third the size of the arrangement I ordered, mostly contained cheap filler flowers and almost none of the flowers I ordered and was a sad, display, nothing like the vibrant bouquet Id ordered. Luckily for me, I ordered flowers through 1-800-FLOWERS, who used Flower Express but had to refund half my order and send another arrangement because of their guarantee.

So disappointed in an arrangement that cost $74 to have one of the Gerbera daisies wilt the day after it was delivered and browning greenery. I purposely avoided some of the web floral companies thinking a local company would have more pride in their work. The web site says 100% satisfaction, but I did not call to have it replaced. Thats on me, obviously, but I felt they should have gotten it right the first time.

Miracle workers! I called late afternoon for an anniversary of a death bouquet. My only instructions were sunflowers and blue. They went above and beyond on the bouquet. It was stunning beyond my imagination. They also fixed my mistake when I told them the wrong address. On a hard day that I procrastinated in ordering, they made it happen. Thank you! Thank you!

Do not order from this place! Stay away! My sister paid $85 for an arrangement for my mom for mothers day and they delivered a piece of crap. Its not worth the money! It has fakes roses and they didnt deliver the balloon she had ordered with it. My sister called and all they say is "Sorry"

If I could give no star!! 146.00 for an azalea that never arrived for a funeral service! Fist you get a call center, then transferred. I never received and email telling me that the order wasnt delivered. Nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Flower Express lost the delivery for my mom on Mothers Day! They wont offer a refund until the flowers are tracked down. In addition, they charged a few bucks more on my credit card than what the final bill stated!!! Stay away!

Spent $50.00 for a Easter fruit baskets. Definitely not what I was told I would be getting. A 5 year old could of done better... Never again Ill go to Wal-Mart and save $40.00 because thats what it looks like. SMH!!!

DO NOT BUY HERE! I paid ~$90 for flowers a week ahead of Valentines Day and they were never delivered. When I called the store to find out what happened, no one even answered!
