I ordered a red velvet w/buttercream on bottom and plain white w/buttercream on top. The white top cake had coconut in the icing for some reason. Not what I ordered bc I AM ALLERGIC TO COCONUT. So i had to miss out on the rest of my daughters grad party due to my allergic reaction and benadryl. Im still very upset about not getting to finish the grad party as it was for my baby girl! When I spoke to owner regarding this issue she stated they hadnt used any coconut or almond bc I had not asked for it. I dont feel this was the best way to ensure customer satisfaction as that was the end of the conversation. Im not sure if she just didnt care that I was dissatisfied or didnt know how to handle the issue. I must say the cake was beautiful (even tho the tassel had fallen off before I made it home) and everyone who was able to eat it said it tasted great. The prices are definitely affordable and super sweet staff when order was placed and picked up.

As a culinary professional (The Art Institute of Houston AAS Culinary Arts and working Sous Chef) I am very critical when using anyone to cook or bake a product that I feel I can do myself(If I had the time!!!!) Baw Maws has proved several times over that I need never worry! Fantastic service in all regards. Love the friendly nature of the staff and the quality of the product is (if youll forgive the pun)...."The icing on the cake!". This is the shop I go to for all my baking and pastry and floral needs! Take it from a Chef. You wont be disappointed!

Coming from someone who doesnt like cake balls...their cake balls are INSANELY delicious...like nothing else you will ever try! My fiance and mom didnt like cake balls either until I made them try BawMaws and my fiance then decided to have her do cake balls for his grooms cake! Very sweet easy to work with people, they are doing my wedding cake for later this year and I am very happy to work with them and trust that it will be amazing. :) Would definitely recommend.

WOW! I recently purchased my twins first birthday cake / smash cakes from Lisa and they were a HIT! The staff was super nice and respectful. They were able to work with me on the budget they were given. When I picked the cakes up I was floored at the amount of detail and time that was put into these cakes! Needless to say I will definitely be coming back for more sweets!
