They are bad at they jobs. No other giant eagle has a problem doing online western union set up. These idiots not only didnt know how to do but lied to the person who came to investigate it after I reported them. They said they needed paper work in case something happens. Lies it was set up online all they needed was a Id to verify it was me and thats it. I went to another location today to do what was needed and guess what they did it with no problem. This location is full of retarded ignorant liars. Also the ignorance was at full blast when they told me take my business elsewhere. How you tell me to go somewhere else because you dont know how to do your job?

I went in to get coffee. I paid 1.20 ( have to pay first before you can get your coffee) for old cold coffee which I had to heat up in the microwave. I choose first, the french vanilla and just got hot water. The cappuccino selection, same thing. The area was messy. The microwave needed serious cleaning. I normally dont come in to get coffee but I was waiting on a friend and decided to get something. This Giant Eagle doesnt have a Starbucks (obviously or Id gone there) just skip the coffee here.

Went in today for an Asian candy my girlfriend wanted. I could not find then so I asked one stuff member if they had any and said "i dont think so but let me ask" i followed her and I think it was a manager that I spoke to and he said with a nasty attitude"we have never had those" i literally asked twice, I even showed a picture of the candy. I went and found those candies. Worst customers service, they didnt eve bother on looking for them. Make sure you guys work on your customer service.

Badly run store. Self-checkout is frequently unstaffed, which means you have to wait if you have alcohol or need assistance. Theyve apparently had shopping cart thefts, so they installed a system that locks cart wheels out in the parking lot, but they set the distance way too short. Theyre in a fairly hispanic neighborhood, but have awful mexican food selection. Just not well run.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Very poor customer service. I stood in line for 5 minutes at a register just for the cashier to close and YELL at me that I needed to go to another register. Also will have to stand at custome service counter even as first person in line for 7-12 minutes before ever being helped. Terrible customer service very rude

Although this location is not in the best neighborhood, the employees try to keep it as clean as they can. The inside is quite expansive. I dislike the "corral" style aisles up front, but I understand they do that to drive business towards "buy-me" items. They have a decent beer cooler too!
