People are friendly. The customer service reps do not communicate well and process paperwork to cashiers in a speedy Manor at all. This really needs to be improved. I sat and waited almost 30 minutes after they pulled my truck around and gave keys to service representative. I waited 10 minutes after watching the tech park my truck before I went to cashier window. She is formed me she needed paperwork and keys. I thought it would be quite few minutes I was wrong... 23 minutes later finally get to leave and be on my way. Only day off during the week needed to get things done. Need all the time I can get on my day off.

I had a great experience at Don Hinds Ford. Josh, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the brand and helped me pick a car that best suit my needs. He even suggested purchasing, instead of leasing (which I had been doing), due to my driving habits. I got a great deal on the car, and Brad, the Finance Manager, was super easy to work with. All-in-all, it was a 5-star experience!

They look out for my entire car. Several years ago, I was told my battery was marginal. But, I didnt replace it. A few weeks later we drove to Florida. When we got in the car to drive home, we found out that the battery was dead. Now, when they say something is marginal, I listen to them. Also, they have a good waiting area where I can get work done.

Good service and staff. Have had a couple recalls and a few oil changes for my Ford Fusion and Ford Escape. The service has been good with only one exception where scheduling the repair proved to be the biggest challenge.
