I recently switched companies after being a customer since 1996. I am very disappointed with the transition of ownership in this company. I was improperly billed for tank rental, tank usage and feel they were nickel and dimeing me to death with charges that I do not pay with my new company. I paid thousands in tank rental and discovered a leaky tank with an out of date regulator and no shut off valve!!! Furthermore, they have now told me they have no deposit on record, after I paid additional deposit 1- years ago when I moved from another property where I was also a customer because the new property had a bigger tank. They did let me keep my old property on during the transition with no deposit, perhaps they are confused. Whatever the case, it sure has been a mess. I used to get gas quarterly to avoid unnecessary delivery fees and gas is cheaper with them the more you buy. They would come when they werent supposed to and then want to charge me $59 to come when I want, on top of other odor check and service charges that are bunk. The final straw was when I called before hurricane Matthew and they wanted an addition $250 offer up fee. I do not feel they are reputable any longer!

Warning if you have a tank on your property from Thermotane Gas. I am a new owner of a property and I got a knock on my door from a employee of Thermotane Gas that stated they were here to get the tank. NO warning no letter are anything. He stated that if I did not get gas they were going to take it. I told him that was extortion and to get off my property. I called the office and the guys were told to leave. They said that they would leave the tank and give me time to let them know when I want to get some gas. The next morning they showed up and took the tank and left a big hole and would not cover it up. I would never get gas from them they are unprofessional and that is not how you treat a potential customer.I have reported them to wftv9.

I cant say enough nice things about this place. We wanted two tanks, one for our fireplace and one for our new gas cooktop. Mike came to the house in record time to give us a free estimate. He went all over everything and we decided to go with them. Denise was able to squeeze us into their very busy schedule and we were "cooking with gas" in less than a week. These guys went way beyond the call of duty. They were pleasant, helpful and Mike made sure that we had a good contact number in case we had any problems. Thanks a lot guys!! Service with a smile!!

AMAZING SERVICE!! I am getting a new spa heater and know nothing about propane service. I have an old heater and tank that Ive never used so I needed someone to come inspect and fill my tank. I called another company first and wasnt too thrilled with the pricing they gave me. I called Thermotane next and not only were they significantly cheaper, they came just a few hours later. Javier was knowledgable, friendly, honest, and just all around awesome. Dont waste your time with any other company!!! I cant imagine how anyone else could do a better job.

First time l came in l needed two 30 gal tanks inspected and filled l was in and out in just under 20 minutes they were extremely friendly from desk to outside Second time l needed a new tank for my gas grill again super fast friendly service,had a new tank filled and ready to go before l had finished paying...they diffently have a loyal customer for life

Fast friendly service. I needed an inspection on some older tanks and they hopped right to it and filled up for what I would have paid down the road for just a fill... Theyve got all kinds of propane and propane accessories in there as well

Have dealt with this company for years and everyone there is courteous and professional. They even carry the tank to your vehicle! Makes me feel like Im at a full service gas station in the 1960s. They do it all for a fair price.
