Ive been shopping for my big shops and pick up items at this Kroger for over a year. It used to be awesome. There were employees who were helpful and friendly, bangers who bagged with common sense and uncluttered aisles. Within the past 2-3 months, Ive had several bad experiences and think Im pretty much done coming here. With Aldi, Lidl, Publix and more in the area Im sure someone else can offer better service than this Kroger does. Im giving 3 stars for their quality of food. I love their store brands and their bakery items are amazing. Ive never had any problems with any product Ive purchased from here. Alway fresh and delicious. However, heres the bad: -Had a cashier actually tell me she was having a horrible day. Then she said "I cant wait to leave this damn place". Had my kid with me and lady behind me had hers too. Uh....okay. I cant wait for you to leave either with that attitude. Most of the cashiers are just miserable. They barely speak except to ask for your Kroger card. -Baggers could care less. 2 months ago I had one completely forget to put 2 packs of chicken in my cart. The manager replaced them, but I still had to go out of my way to go back to the store. Then I had one put canned beans in with my grapes. One bag of grapes with 4 cans of beans. My grapes did not fare well. This past trip (yesterday) I had raw ground beef in with my yogurt. Then I had raw pork chops in with my deli roast beef. My bottle of dish soap? In with my tomatoes and spinach of course. I had 3 five pound bags of sugar in one bag with no double bagging. 10 cans of canned goods in another bag not double bagged. Ice cream was in with boxes of pasta. This is just not good bagging. It is also just poor common sense. -Their new online ordering system is probably great. I havent tried it. But I do know that when they are filling orders, they block aisles. They could care less that other shoppers are there needing to get their items. They have large carts and park it while they get everything they need off of that aisle. Ive looked one associate right in the eye and said excuse me and then had to move their cart myself. -In April I went in for my sons birthday cake that I had ordered. I stood at the bakery counter for almost 5 minutes waiting while 3 associates were talking about their schedule. Another lady finally walked up and asked if I was being helped and then got my cake for me. Usually the bakery employees are very nice, so I dont know what was going on that day. So basically, while they have yummy food, so does the new Publix. Ill just be shopping someplace else from now on.

Its been a while since I shopped at this Kroger, I stopped when the renovations started but I wanted to try the ClickList online order/pickup service theyve started especially since the Martins next door is closing soon. This review is for the new ClickList service theyre offering. I did all my shopping online through their website (the app is horrible) which was pretty easy to do. The next day I went to pickup at my scheduled time, didnt wait very long, the girl was super nice, I paid and went on my way home. Awesome! As I was unbagging I was double checking what I had paid for and noticed quite a lot of produce items were missing but Id been charged for them. I called the store and the man on the phone said that I would need to come back sometime in the same day and speak to someone in customer service in order to get it straightened out. He didnt apologize, wouldnt check to maybe see if a bag was put together and left inside by mistake (done that before!), nothing. I havent yet gone back to the store but Im really hoping customer service inside is better than it was on the phone to save this experience from getting worse. Im going to be very sad when the Martins next door closes.

I used to love this Kroger, that is until I experienced a very rude customer service employee yesterday. I purchased three items on the 3 for 3 discount, however, one item wasnt registering under the promotion. I was told to go to customer service for my refund. Upon arriving at the desk the employee in particular kept saying that she didnt see any of the items on my receipt so I had to point out all three items to show they were there and that I wasnt lying like she implied by her tone and interrogation of me. She also cross-referenced each item with the weekly ad, which was fine but yet again she stated "I dont see this item!" And I had to point out the three items again in the ad. You could tell she didnt want to give me the refund, but with the facts in front of her thats what she had to do. All of this for $3! Its too bad when they renovated the store they didnt renovate her attitude towards customers. If shes the kind of person they assign to customer service then I can do my shopping elsewhere where and intend to.

This grocery chain had diminished in recent years. This location recently upgraded with Wegmans entering our market and Publix soon to come. But the layout is so clunky and items are hard to find. They arent in typical aisles where you would expect them. The organic section in the front center of the store breaks up the flow and makes you have to walk around it to get to other items. It takes me way too long to shop here. Produce seems to go bad sooner than other stores. Staff is pretty friendly and gladly takes exchanges when I get bad food. Recently had a spoiled steak package that they exchanged but it went bad way before the expiration date. Redeeming qualities are fuel discounts for grocery spend and gift card purchases.

Nov.16,2012 6:00PM.I noticed an elderly,80s I guess, couple waiting for 5-10 Min in a closed express line to check out with a couple of items.I guess they were told to go their by the supervisor.I was in the next open line and saw they were in distress waiting for a cashier who was tied down with a customerin another lane.He was trying to get to them.I saw the frontline super and told her they needed assistance and I was abruptly told the cashier was working his way there. Her abruptness astonished me as she turned away. The couple were using the counter told hold themselve up.My heart went out to the couple. If I was "that" super I would have checked them out myself!! I know she at least has that capacity. What more can I say

It is a Kroger (3-star grocery store) that has ukrops baked goods (plus one star). Are you expecting an in depth review of their prepared food, fruits and veggies, and critique of the floorplan? What, do you think there is so little going on in my life that I can sit around and write you an in-depth review of a Kroger? Its a Kroger. Youve been in one, even if it was a different chain. I just cant believe how selfish youre being about this grocery store review. Im the one that should be angry, but now I just feel guilty for not meeting your expectations and I probably wont sleep tonight. I hope your happy.
