Worst experience ever, white manager name Ben, trying to talk with a black persons slang. No customer service was I given. I was lied to about the whole situation and to top it off I was unable to cash my daughters WIC checks because this Ben lolly gaged until it was too late to cash the checks. The next day I called the store manager name Doug who was also no help at all. Calling the district manager, both need to be fired and I need to be compensated!!!!!!!! I will not let this go even if I have to go to the president of the Tops Markets.......

I have shopped at tops for many years. I love the gas points and the sales but I have noticed in the past year that there are less cashiers and more self checkouts. It is very frustrating when I shop on a Saturday afternoon and only 2 cashiers are on duty. When I do shop at Wegmans even if it is not peak time, they have many cashiers. I am not the only customer who feels this way. I saw more than one customer leave without making a purchase.

Its an ok grocery store. Cleaner that Walmart in gates and better organized. Only problem is they do these deals like 10 for 10 that sometimes have conditions with them you dont find out about til you get to the register. Or read the fine print

Good selection except it comes at a steep price. Was just shopping the ad for specials. Regular groceries are too expensive to shop on a regular basis. Employees not very friendly. Alot of empty slots on shelves

Clean supermarket. Its an older Tops, but nice. Has everything you need. Theres a newer, smaller Tops closer to my house that I use more frequently, but this location is set larger.

Terrible! Products are even of poorer quality than Walmart! Meat cuts are robbed of the good parts and their Tops brand name products are the very worst money can buy! Stay away!

This place smells like a dump. The prices are high. They never have more than two checkouts open, so no matter how empty the store is, youll wait in line forever.

Its a great spot when you dont have enough time to go to a Wegmans. They need to upgrade the skill level of their employees and make it a class year interior

Gotta love Tops! Produce is usually lacking quality compared to Wegmans but the prices are usually better on everything else. Also gaspoints are nice.
