I hadnt been back since January last year, but i went back in and i am so pleased that I did, They have a new lady manager, who couldnt do enough to help me, she was able to work completely within my budget and was beyond helpful in finding frames that actually suited me. I do not like wearing glasses, but she was so kind and patient, she made a few suggestions and i am so happy, amazing customer service, She has been the new manager a while, so if you did have a bad experience, please go back in and see how things have changed for the better. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone looking for glasses, Im a complicated case, if she can make me happy, she can make you happy.

I didnt have any wait at all. I scheduled my appointment online which made it so easy. I was seen almost immediately and the staff and doctor I dealt with were all super friendly and helpful! I had a wonderful experience and got a great deal on the perfect glasses--i got exactly what i wanted!

At first I was pleased when I got my glasses, but when I went back to get them tightened, the guy was never there. I even called in advance and was told when hed be there to help and he still wasnt there. After multiple attempts I just went somewhere else. Ill stick to the new place.

Ive been going to eyeglass world for over eight years and have always been very pleased with the high level of service received. They offer a fantastic warranty so you can get your glasses replaced within a year if theres any damage or loss.

Unhappy with this location and staff. Took out insurance plan to have lens replaced if they became scratched. I was told they werent scratched enough! Also, not happy with staff in general. Not customer oriented.

My teenage son and I had eye exam appointments scheduled back to back this morning. All staff we encountered were professional, friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend this Eyeglass World location!

The staff needs to be train better it all about the money if you dont have insurance they dont want to look at you
